A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood resting in the heart of Evans, GA. This 2 story house sits on the fairway of Hole #17 in Jones Creek’s golf course just a short drive from Augusta National Golf Course. The neighborhood is close enough proximity to the Masters to enjoy all of the events, but far enough to avoid major traffic during the tournament. It is a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath house with smart home technology, just 5 minutes from restaurants, shopping, and events in downtown Evans.
