Underwhelming Barbie house

I was dissapointed in my stay:- code was not sent 24 hour a head of time (we waited 30 minutes after calling owner and VRBO multiple times-shower was not i. Good shape-toilet wasnt seated well. Thought is would fall apart during stay.- no soap, toilet paper, coffee or other amenities normally expected.- cleaning prior to stay was poorly done.- doorbell dudnt work- door code didnt work (lock was broken or out of batteriesThe stay overall was ok. But the cost was too high for the property condition.

The cutest house ever!

Don’t judge a book by its cover….this Safety Harbor gem doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside is beyond adorable! Perfect for a girls weekend or a fun family trip. My kids had a blast in the backyard playing mini golf and the fire pit. We can’t wait to return. The house is also super clean and has all the amenities included.

Cute and functional

Great place for adults and kids alike. Outdoor space is nicely designed to function as an extension of the inside. Grill meals, sit fire side, practice putting, swim or enjoy a drink on the deck. Options are endless. Centrally located to lots of activities, beaches or spend time in the adorable town of Saftey Harbor.

A super fun abode in a great location!

"The Candy House" as my son called it was SO MUCH FUN for our long weekend getaway before school starting in August 2022. The decor and themed rooms were so well done, even though Angelina explained the house wasn't 100% complete. Speaking of Angelina- she is SO nice and responsive and will provide all the info you need before and during your stay! For those visiting with doggos- I was nervous ours would get ahold of some of the decor, but there isn't a lot sitting around at their level, just in case you're concerned! There is a utility room that leads to the back door/back yard, which is nice to wipe their feet off, and we even put their pop up crate in there when we left the house, which made me feel much more secure. The ONLY issue we had was that the backyard wasn't completely sodded when we stayed, and with Florida summer storms, created lots of muddy paw prints, but once the backyard is all finished, this should be less of an issue. We still loved the pool and the mini-golf area is so cute! If you want to have a fire, bring some wood for the fire pit! The house was very clean and had lots of great extras (pool floats/games, condiments in the fridge, toiletries, and of course, the famous candy wall!). Safety Harbor is a great location too- close to Tampa and close to beaches, and downtown has SO many cute places to eat! This was the perfect spot for us, even though we didn't even use 2 of the bedrooms. It would be a wonderful girl's weekend or small family place for sure! We definitely cannot wait to return! Thank you Angelina for all the time and thoughtfulness you put into the house and making sure our stay was comfortable- we had so much fun and my son thinks it's the coolest VRBO we've ever stayed in! :)

Great Stay, Cute House!

We had a wonderful stay in safety harbor, the check in process was super easy and the host was extremely responsive. We were able to check in at our convince and access the house with a code to the lock which we found to be very convenient. Upon arrival the host checked in on us via text message to be sure everything in the home was perfect. The house clean and very well kept. The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and was able to comfortable accommodate us. Each bedroom was furnished with a queen bed as well as 2 roll away/folded cots. The couch also folded out into a bed if needed and the home did have an air mattress (we did not need to utilize these items however it was a nice option if we had extra guest). There were plenty of pillows on all the beds and extra throw blankets as well! The decor in the home is super cute and we loved all the personal touches! The candy wall was a really nice extra fun touch as well as the greenery wall to use as a photo back drop before going out on the town! We had used the putting green in the back yard a number of times as well as the pool. The yard is not completely finished as the host had informed us of prior to our stay so there is not a deck around the pool currently but we didn't mind as the house has a lot off fun amenities. They also had lounge chairs, a fire pit and a bbq for us to use. We loved the location of this home, we were even able to walk to Main Street which was great. We had visited Clearwater Beach one day which was only 15 minutes away which was extremely convenient. We had borrowed the hosts cooler and beach towels for the day which was nice because we didn't bring our own. The home was exactly what we were looking for and we would book this home again for our trip next year!
