Live on 59 square meters in 2 rooms. The light-filled living room with dining area and sofa bed invites you to linger. Wi-Fi is also available.
Enjoy a sunny southwest balcony with barbecue in a quiet location. Ideal for nice Saturdays.
Our apartment also offers you a new and very well equipped kitchen with numerous electrical appliances. There is also a bathroom with a shower / bathtub and a daylight bathroom. A separate toilet is also available.
Use a private car parking space directly at the house. Bicycle storage facilities are also available in the basement.
The location offers you a very good traffic connection with a top starting point for excursions. The bus stop is also just around the corner.
