Rent or bring a boat to explore the beautiful Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, Gulf of Mexico, and surrounding area. Don't have a boat? No problem, fish from the dock or use the kayaks to explore the canals.

-Dog Friendly with a $200.00 fee. One hypoallergenic (non-shedding) dog up to 25lb, pre-approval needed. No cats allowed.
-No events, parties or large gatherings.
-Fireworks are not permitted.
-Please observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
-Must be at least 25 years of age to book.
-Additional fees and taxes may apply.
-Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
-Do not tamper with the pool equipment. This includes the pump, filter, and heater. Guests will be charged if any equipment is damaged.
-NOTE: The maximum occupancy the house will accommodate is eight guests. Please --NOTE: The three bedrooms will accommodate six guests while two guests can sleep comfortably on the queen-size Murphy bed.
-NOTE: This rental price includes an average usage of 50.00 dollars a week for electricity. Excessive use will be deducted from your deposit in the amount of $0.15 per Kilowatt.
