House in bright, modern island architecture, completed in 2017. 105 sqm living space on 2 floors. The 2300 square meter property is built with 2 similar houses at a distance of 25 m. Basically designed for 4 people; Extra bed for a 5th Possible guest in the living area. Old trees. The living / dining level extends with an air space over 11m total length of the house. Built-in corner fireplace. High quality interior. Sauna, rain shower, bidet, 2 toilets. Fitted kitchen with kitchen block, fully automatic coffee machine, induction cooker, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, high-performance extractor. Satellite TV, CD / DVD player, radio, regional literature, novels, board games, DVDs, CDs. 2 separate bedrooms on the upper floor, one with 2 single beds (each 0.90x2m) and a designer bed (0.77x2m), the other with a double bed (1.80x2m, separate mattresses). Oil paintings. Sun terrace with table, 5 chairs, 2 loungers, grill, fire bowl. Parking space on the property. wifi via the connection of the other house through repeaters.

Sehr schönes Haus!!!

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mitten in Putgarten. Große Fenster lassen im viel Licht in die Räume. Ein geschmackvoll gestaltetes Haus. Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind hervorragend. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter fühlt man sich dort sehr wohl.

Sehr schönes Haus

WIr konnten leider nur ein paar Tage in dem Ferienhaus verbringen, sehr schönes, modernes Haus mit großem Garten und beste Lage zu Kap Arkona. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr komfortabel...

... alles da, was man braucht. Besonders die große Dusche, der Kamin und die Sauna waren bei stürmischem Regenwetter toll. Fahrradschuppen ist auch vorhanden - wir waren rundum zufrieden. Als wir uns versehentlich ausgesperrt hatten, wurde uns in sehr kurzerZeit (und das am Sonntagabend!) geholfen. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Erholsame Tage am Kap Arkona

Architektonisch interessantes modernes zweistöckiges Haus konzipiert für 4 Personen. Sehr schönes Bad mit Sauna. Gepflegt mit Blick ins Grüne. Durch die ruhige Lage in der Nähe vom Kap Arkona und dem Fischerdorf Vitt ideal für lange Spaziergänge und Erholung pur.
