Centrally located apartment in Langendamm near Dangast

Our lovingly furnished apartment with a bedroom (with double bed), kitchen and a small bathroom is designed for two people and is centrally located in the district Langendamm. Due to the good transport links you have a fast connection to the beach and the North Sea or to the attractions in the region.

Our apartment has 37.5 square meters. Here we offer you not only a lot of cosiness, but also your own small terrace with lawn, where you can barbecue in the evening or end the day (charcoal grill available).

After a long day with countless impressions of the region and the North Sea coast, you can relax in the living room with a novel or a movie (satellite TV available) or share your experiences with friends over the Internet (Wi-Fi for free).

Pets are allowed on request.

Our apartment has a separate entrance and a private parking space for your car.
So the beach is located (about 6 km) in front of the door (you will receive by paying the spa fee a parking card with which you can park in Dangast for free), here you can enjoy the beach life in summer and take long walks or beautiful walks in winter, Experience the great outdoors (Vareler forest about 2 km away), recharge your batteries, relax and unwind. On the other hand, you can explore the beautiful surroundings by bike or car.

We are in Langendamm Kurbeitragspflichtig. This Kurbeitrag is included in the price here FeWo-direkt and is therefore no longer separately collected. Nevertheless, the names of the travelers, the address and the license plate number for the Kurkarte and the parking ticket are needed.
The spa fee will give you discounts, including a parking card that will allow you to park in Dangast for free. Public transport can also be used for free with the spa card.

Der Strand ist schön mit viel Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder . Für Hunde super geeignet.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett . Das Haus klein und schnuckelig mit Garten. Wir waren 3 Personen und kamen mit Hund gut zurecht. Würde es noch mal buchen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Eine schnuckelige Wohnung mit allem was man brauch. Alles sauber, ein bequemes Bett und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Vermieter sehr nett und immer da. Kommunikation problemlos. Lage ist an der Straße, wo es je nach Verkehrsaufkommen mal etwas lauter sein kann. Dafür aber Zentral. In ein paar Autominuten ist man schnell im nächsten größeren Ort und am Strand. Dort kann man dank eines Parkausweises kostenlos parken. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage und empfehlen es weiter. Danke

Nett, aber nicht noch einmal

Das Bad ist wirklich schön renoviert. + Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten. + Keine gute Dunstabzugshaube und kein Gefrierfach, selbst kochen - besser nicht. 2x - Steht leider anders in der Anzeige. Das größte Manko ist aber die Lage. Die Hauptstraße ist viel befahren, darauf wird man in der Anzeige nicht hingewiesen. Grillen im Garten oder überhaupt draußen sitzen leider unzumutbar, schlafen ging so auch aufgrund nicht komplett abzudunkelnder Fenster. 2x - Über den Fernseher lässt sich schmunzeln. Wer wert auf Unterhaltung an Regentagen legt... nun das Gerät ist etwas älter, funktioniert einwandfrei, die meisten werden etwas anderes erwarten. ○ (neutral zu werten) In Varel selbst war es schön, viele Ausflüge möglich.

Hallo, Sie waren 14 Tage da. Bei Anreise haben wir gesagt, wenn was ist, mögen Sie sich doch bitte melden. Wir wohnen direkt neben an. Das haben Sie diesbezüglich nicht. Auch als wir Sie nach einer Woche angesprochen haben, haben Sie nichts gesagt, was wir sehr schade finden da wir den direkten Kontakt bevorzugen. Daher sind wir davon ausgegangen das alles in Ordnung ist. Wir sind auch telefonisch zu erreichen und bemühen uns auch um Abhilfe falls wir persönlich mal nicht vor Ort sein sollten. Die Wohnung liegt, wie in der Beschreibung und auch in der Überschrift zentral, was nunmal nicht abseits bedeutet. Wir haben dies mit einem Kartenausschnitt bei den Bildern nochmal verdeutlicht. Davon abgesehen ist die Lage preislich berücksichtigt. Eine Wohnung in anderer Lage und Ausstattung ist nunmal deutlich teurer.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Ich habe ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser sehr gepflegten Ferienwohnung in guter Lage verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Gartenbereich zur alleinigen Nutzung ist auch über das Schlafzimmer begehbar. Wetterbedingt habe ich jedoch leider nicht davon Gebrauch machen können. Das schöne neue Bad, sowie das superbequeme Bett sind 5 Sterne wert:). Auch bei der übrigen Ausstattung der Wohnung hat es mir an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank, ich komme gerne wieder.:)
