Such a nice condo with beautiful views, quite tastefully decorated and had basically everything that one would need. The communications with the Host were exceptional. I must mention how comfortable the beds were - - and the pillows too (which was a big bonus!). Our daughter still is talking about the cozy throws on the twin beds. Anyone who stays here will not be disappointed!

Staying at Seabreeze has become a family tradition! We love the comfortable and spacious living space, the nice beds, pillows, the amazing kitchen, the balcony, and the convenience of the washer/dryer and beach chairs/umbrella, towels, etc. This is the best place in all of Chincoteague! I shouldn't tell you that because I don't want to compete with anyone to get it again next year!

The property was as described. Clean & well equipped. We were walking distance to shops & restaurants & few minutes drive to State Park. The Sea Breeze condo #308 is located in quiet part of Chincoteague but close to many attractions. Debbie, the host was wonderful responding to many of our questions & giving us recommendations. Would definitely stay again

We had a great stay. We enjoyed eating at Ropewalk, Mr. Baldy’s and Famous Pizza. It was a great place and in a great location. We enjoyed one of Captain Randy’s tours at Chincoteaque Island Adventures and saw both dolphins and wild ponies.

Great property for a relaxing stay. Clean and spacious. The host was helpful and is an effective communicator. There are a couple of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Our stay at Sea Breeze was perfect! The condo is well stocked with games and stuffed animals for downtime with kids, and well equipped for meal prep. We loved having meals on the porch, watching the Coast Guard raise and lower the flag from the front, and sitting under the softest blankets on a comfy couch to have a family movie night (Misty of Chincoteague, of course!). We packed in so much that we didn’t even have time to use the pool. We were able to do so much because nothing on the island is more than a 15 minute drive, most about 5-10 minutes. Debbie was very communicative and very generous with our kids. Our kids said they wished they could live here forever! Would absolutely recommend.

Super Nice Condo

A very spacious corner unit in a nice complex. Good views of the water and the complex boat docks. Swimming pool was very nice and plenty of parking.

Sit back, relax and enjoy A beautiful view

My family and I had a wonderful time at this location. The condo is Nicely decorated, Centrally localized, And has a beautiful view. We really enjoyed the fact that we could have fun at the beach in the morning and enjoy the pool the rest of the afternoon

Homeschool Field Trip

We stayed here after reading Misty of Chincoteague for our homeschool. We were super close to all the hot spots and enjoyed two days here. My girls loved the pool in between activities, but their favorite were the Misty decorations/books around the house and all the games.

Great getaway

I recently rented a condo in Chincoteague, VA, and had a fantastic experience. The property was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local activities and just a short drive to the beach. The owner was very accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for an enjoyable visit. Perfect location!

This condo was in a great location, super clean, beautiful, and comfortable for a family of 6. The owner was very nice and we were able to reach her if needed. The first morning we saw dolphins from the patio deck. The condo had everything needed to cook there and even supplies for the beach. We loved our stay there and highly recommend. When we go away on vacation we want to feel like we are on vacation, and this place definitely delivers!

Beautiful house, great location

Our stay was great and Debbie was an amazing host. The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Communication was excellent. The location was perfect, with easy walking to many shops and restaurants, but minimal car traffic, which was nice. The beach equipment was also nice, with chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards as well. Thank you so much Debbie!!!

What a Wonderful Stay!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our little family vacation! There was plenty of space for our group of six adults and one baby. Easy communication with Debbie made the entire process a breeze, and we loved the binder of information on local events and restaurants she left for us. The location is perfect for easily walking to restaurants and shops on Main St, and even to Maddox Blvd if you're up to it. The views from the balcony were gorgeous, especially at sunset. Everyone in our group was thrilled with the stay and we all can't wait to come back again.

Spacious, relaxing condo with beautiful views

We all enjoyed our stay at this condo--it is spacious and well-equipped, easy to park and with access to the third floor via the elevator. Bike racks are convenient to use, and the bay views are beautiful. Communication was clear and prompt. All in all, a very nice stay in Chincoteague!
