Welcome to the "GĂ€stehaus Rothtraut"!

The exclusive residential complex right on the Wyker South Beach was completely rebuilt in 2014 and renovated.

Your apartment is located on the ground floor left and has a unique view of the North Sea and the North Frisian Halligwelt.

The exclusively newly furnished and bright apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with integrated modern kitchenette, and a shower room. A W-LAN connection is available free of charge.

The highlight of this property is certainly the direct location on the Wyker south beach, which offers you both for breakfast as well as sundowner on the sunny terrace North Sea feeling up close.

In the southern GeestgelÀnde lie the town Wyk and the island villages. Narrow streets and narrow streets with typical thatched and lovingly restored Frisian houses invite you to stroll. Everywhere are romantic little cafes that spoil hungry hikers or cyclists with many delicacies. Art connoisseurs are drawn to the beautiful museums. Athletes will find plenty of opportunity on the beach.

Ein Sonnenschirm wĂ€re schön gewesen. Ein SchirmstĂ€nder auf der Terrasse ohne Schirm ist sinnlos. Wenn EigentĂŒmer dies nicht stellen will, sollte der SchirmstĂ€nder entfernt werden. Es waren recht wenig KleiderbĂŒgel in den SchrĂ€nken und bei einem Nachttisch ließ sich die Schublade nicht schließen. Und die Außenklinke von der Terrassenpforte sollte mal festgeschraubt werden. Das ist aber alles Jammern auf hohem Niveau, denn ansonsten war alles erstklassig!

Eine Verbesserung hĂ€tten wir allerdings: das WLAN in der Wohnung lĂ€sst wirklich zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Kein Empfang und fĂ€llt stĂ€ndig aus. Daher ein Stern Abzug in der Ausstattung.
