Very nice property, close from the beach, we had everything we needed in the house to enjoy those days. Definitely want to come back in the future. 100% recommended.

Great place and convenient location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Roost was stocked with everything we needed and more! It was spotless as well. My family enjoyed the wraparound deck and 4 min walk to the beach. The location is a short drive or bike to restaurants and convenient stores. We would definitely stay there again!

Much needed vacay!

The House was perfect and roomy. The beach was an easy and convenient walk from the house ! Plenty of activities to keep 4 teenagers busy for a week!! Thank you! We even got to see a water spout!

Great Place with Lots of Room

Great Vacation House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great vacation home that easily accommodated two families (4 adults, 6 kids). The bunk room was amazing for the younger kids and the house had plenty of living space for all of us. Access to the beach was easy and only a 4-minute walk (if that). Restaurants, boardwalk, pier were only a 5-minute drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Adult family trip

Too many stairs for one older adult. Plenty of room to spread out. Amenities as described. We weren’t crawling all over each other. Nicely decorated. Did crafts, chilled out, played games, cooked, ate and were witching very close walking distance to the bay and Oceanside beaches.

Everything we needed and more!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my first time renting; my son has done it many times, and I have stayed at many Paradise Beach Homes. Our family had two houses for Thanksgiving, and they were both perfect. The late check-in process was so easy. Any phone contact I had with the company was pleasant and efficient. I felt like they knew me! The home was updated and had all of the games, puzzles, ping pong table ready for our use. The kitchen was well-supplied and everything was comfortable. We would return to "The Roost" again.

Beautiful and comfortable home. Short walk to the beach access. The home is equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals, just bring your groceries! The basement has a ping pong table and darts and lots of beach gear. We had a wonderful stay! 3 stars on check in only because you have to go to the leasing office to get keys and return them. Everyone in the leasing office was very nice!

Place was great. Just a short walk to the beach. The only gripe I have is the refrigerator in the kitchen wasn’t working and they put a replacement in the dining room which took up a lot of space. Pillows could be better but overall it was a great place and value. Would definitely stay here again.
