Our charming and cozy condo provides all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is compact yet fully equipped with a full-size fridge and stove/oven. Whether you want to cook a gourmet meal or bake a delicious dessert, you'll find all the necessary cooking tools and utensils in the kitchen. If you prefer not to cook, you can easily order food through popular apps such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and UVA (local).

The queen-size Murphy bed is perfect for a good night's sleep, and the super quiet ceiling fan will keep you cool and relaxed throughout the night. The condo also comes with a set of fresh luxury linens for added comfort.

If you're planning a day at the beach, we've got you covered. We provide a cooler, beach towels, and chairs so you can fully enjoy your time by the shore. When you return from the beach, you can take a refreshing shower in our clean and modern bathroom.

For a relaxing evening indoors, we have a selection of card and board games for you to enjoy. You can stream your favorite movies and shows on Netflix or YouTube using high-speed wireless WiFi.

Our condo is centrally located and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. If you rent a car, there is free parking available on the property. It is on an FCFS basis, but there always seem to be spaces open.

Love this condo

Everything was cleaned and the location is perfect. Bleach is so close also restaurants are walking Distance. We enjoyed our stay and will come back to stay here!

Really close to the beach and shops.

The is a well located studio, about 16’x16’. Perfect size for 2 people. The pull out couch was really comfortable, which I was not expecting. One thing to check before coming to PR is your cell phone coverage. Tracfone will not work here. We relied on the strong wifi connection, which was kind of nice to not be so connected on vacation.

Just As pictured

Great small place for a few days, close to the beach and restaurants. Host answered questions quickly. Place was clean overall. The pool in the building left much to be desired, but we really perfer the beach. There were beach chairs and a cooler for use. We also rented an umbrella on the beach, also there was a lady selling food and pina coladas on the beach after 11 am. Power never went out while we were there and we always found a parking spot in the building parking lot. Cute little find!

Enjoy this ideally located Condado/Ocean Park condo. It is steps from the beach, a few blocks from the upscale Condado area, and only one block from trendy Calle Loiza. La Concha, Marriott, Hotel Vanderbilt, and endless options of restaurants and boutiques are all within walking distance. Venturing out further, park your vehicle on the property. Dip in the pool or walk to the end of the block to the beach.

What makes this property unique

The condo is located on the residential end of Calle Ashford and the popular Kings Court. The beach is visited by more locals and is much wider and safer. You will find many volleyball games being played.
