Paradis is a French art deco–inspired luxury apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, located in the most sought-after area of San Juan. From every corner — and especially the balcony — you’ll enjoy stunning, ever-present ocean views in a space designed for relaxation and comfort.

Even the shower was thoughtfully designed to allow you to take in the view while ensuring complete privacy.

Step outside and you’re just a short stroll or quick ride away from many of San Juan’s top attractions: paddle boarding, kayaking, or swimming in the Condado Lagoon; sunbathing at the beach; exploring the colorful streets of Old San Juan; relaxing at La Ventana al Mar; or dining and dancing the night away.
