Perfect location and great view

Like many Condado properties, the property is a little dated (built in or around 1980), but it is well maintained. You couldn't ask for a better location anywhere on the island and the view is the best.

Vacay

The apt was very clean and had a great view of the ocean. Kevin was an awesome host who was extremely helpful. We will stay there again on our return. The location was great and within walking distance to great restaurants.

Oh the view

You can't beat the view. Everything is within walking distance. Ubers are everywhere if you decide to visit San Juan for the day. You will not be disappointed if you book this condo.

Breathtaking view!

My husband and I have stayed in Puerto Rico many times. This is one of the most beautiful views we’ve ever had! Perfect location! Close to restaurants, bars and shopping. We did have a rental car, but we could have walked everywhere we needed to go. The condo was clean and did not have quite as much storage room for suitcase and clothes as we would have preferred but the view makes everything worthwhile! We recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great place with a few issues

Clean and great location. The only issue was with the keyless entry system to the unit. The electronic combo lock is a bit cantankerous and the key fob for entry to the building did not exist. Even though the instructions said we would find a building entry fob in the unit, we had to call the property manager to find out there was no fob and we had to rely on the security guard for entry. This is a major issue if the guard is on his hourly rounds. This needs to be addressed.
