A newly, this year built villa Villa Basina Hvar is a true architectural pearl of the Island of Hvar.
With only 50 m separating it from the sea, it is located in the quiet, picturesque Basina bay, a few kilometers away from towns Vrboska, Jelsa, and Stari Grad. Because of its geographical position, this villa represents a synergy of a modern, minimalist design and pure nature.
Constructed with the intention of utilizing the space of the lot as rationally as possible, Villa Basina Hvar is in the shape of an irregular rectangle.
With all this in mind, during your stay in Villa Basina Hvar, the only dilemma that may bother you is whether to jump into one of the pools or into the pristine sea that’s only a couple of steps away.

This spacious house with a net area of 220 m2 and four bedrooms is ideal for eight guests. Alongside the curtain walling, the combination of beige and white colors lends it an air of both luxury and a warm atmosphere at the same time. As part of the functional space allocation, every air-conditioned bedroom comes with ensuite bathrooms.
The stairs lead to the entire open space lower floor, whose maximum openness is augmented by the curtain walling. The ground floor revolves around a heated hot tub with a temperature range up to 36°C and massage nozzles. Right next to it there is a living room space, while the kitchen, with built-in Bosch appliances, and the dining room are on its right. This custom-made kitchen is white with black detail, but what’s most special about it are its floating cabinets. Also, on the ground floor of the villa, there is a storage room with a washing machine and dryer, a separate toilet, and a sauna for complete relaxation in your perfect vacation. In addition, all rooms in the villa have underfloor heating.
In a separate room on the ground floor, you’ll find a Finnish sauna to relax in after having a delicious meal on the roomy terrace that contains a barbecue. As the Island of Hvar has the greatest number of sunny days of all Croatian islands, in the summertime you can find refreshment in an outdoor heated pool with an area of 22 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m, surrounded by comfortable loungers. Four parking spaces are available in the fully fenced yard of the villa. A special benefit of this villa includes a cleaning service three times a week for 2 hours. If you wish for additional cleaning services, a fee will apply.
