The place was fantastic. We had access to the private beach so we spent days relaxing on the beach or the cozy patio. One day we could see whales in the bay. The neighbors were welcoming and hospitable. It was just what we were looking for!

This cottage was so perfect! It was not only clean but very comfortable with everything that you may need for a wonderful stay. The beach was just a short walk across the street where you can enjoy some beautiful sunsets and great views. This is a fantastic place to stay if you are looking for a quiet beach getaway. We will definitely be back!

Exactly as advertised and very cute! Kitchen had everything needed and very functional. Right across the street is a beach perfect for watching PTown’s fireworks (were there for July 4th). Very close to Provincetown and there is a free shuttle that comes by every 30 minutes, very convenient.

This beach cottage is well located between Truro and Provincetown. I found the place tidy, the bed comfy, and the host super responsive. Parking is right outside the cottage. There’s a beautiful beach walk right across the street.

This was our third time on the Cape, and our first time staying on the Outer Cape. It turned out to be our favorite! We loved staying on the beach, and Leo do Mar is such a great spot. It was super clean and cozy. Great area for coffee on the beach and watching the sunset over Ptown. Excellent host and excellent communication. Easy parking. Can’t recommend enough!

Parking is great. Good location for northern end of Cape. Very clean. High quality amenities - towels, bathrobe etc. Great job of packing everything needed into a small space. I was there in mid September, and because the place gets full western sun all afternoon, even with windows and skylight open, ceiling fan on, and shades down, the place became an oven by the afternoon. I wonder how well the tiny A/C counteracts that in the summer. At least the nights were very cool, so after sunset the temperature was wonderful. Great kitchen stuff, although I might suggest adding a measuring cup, a collander and a medium sized bowl. Lighting left something to be desired, as overhead light was not working, but I understand that will be fixed soon.

We loved everything about this place- location, amenities, the private beach right across the street with show stopping sunsets. It was clean, well-equipped and Peter was informative and friendly. We would stay here again!

This was an amazing stay and I couldn’t recommend it more! I’m already looking forward to being back! The place was exactly as described, it was clean, well stocked with lots of thoughtful touches. The location was amazing ! I couldn’t ask for a better way to start my day then by drinking coffee on the beach (which was right across the street) or watching the stars at night. Peter was extremely kind and communicative throughout our stay as well. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay !

Such a lovely, comfortable, pristine clean cottage. It has everything we needed…the bed was very comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, and the seating area is perfect for some late-night relaxing. And the convenient dedicated parking is a big bonus

Great stay in Truro

Peter's cottage is cozy and ideal for 2 people. Great location and proximity to Provincetown. Morning coffee in the outside sitting area with the ocean breeze was wonderful.
