The property was as described: small, across the road from the beach with easy access to the ocean. The kitchen is best used with frozen dinners for meals. Just not enough space for preparing a balanced meal. Helpful would have been LABELED remote controls, hot pads, and three towel sets instead of two sets for use within the cottage. Blankets/duvets and pillows were available and useful.

Little problems,burner on stove did not work. TV nothing but a problem. Both BBQ GRILLS NOT OPERATING. No gas. Back patio a disaster! Broken center island in kitchen,,broken wheels broken, unsafe., unable for use. Problem with Communication, was good with owner.

I am not surprised to see your review but I feel it is important to put your compliants into context. The burner on the stove needed to be pushed in. I came over within 15mins when you let me know it was not working. You texted me at 7:34am that the TV was not working. I responded at 7:37am to ask if it wouldnt turn on. You called me around 4pm with that answer. I came over and turned on the “Power” button on the TV itself and it worked. The Kitchen cart was not meant to be moved. Those instructions are posted on the refrigerator. The cart was fully operational when you checked in. When I came with my handyman to take a look ( within 20 mins of your call) the back left wheel had been bent over. The only way that could happen is if the cart had been moved. All was repaired before you came home from the beach. I was never informed of the lack of propane until now. There is only 1 grill. The area on the deck behind the cottage is for storage. It is organized and not for the use of guests. There is a grill, table and storage bin. The front deck is the seating area and the side deck is for grilling. One of the most serious issues I had with your stay was that you checked in 3 hours early without permission. The cottage door was unlocked for the cleaners. When I went over with fresh linens at 12:30pm all of your stuff was in the cottage, refrigerator full of your food with no permission to leave it. The cottage had yet to be turned over from the guest who checked out at 11am

North Truro Cottage

Smooth check-in, swift and responsive communications throughout the entire stay. Comfy couch and bed. As stated in the listing, we crossed the road and accessed the beach through two cabins in the same complex. Most evenings, we had the beautiful beach to ourselves!

A great, cozy place near all that P-Town has to offer.

I was traveling alone, but this place hit all the right notes for a solo trip and it’s on my radar for a future romantic getaway. My host, Lisa, communicated quickly and made check-in and check-out a breeze. I highly recommend this tasteful, oasis.

We had a great stay. It was very relaxing, right across the street from the beach. Less than 10 minute drive down the road to P town. We also walked into P town one day which was really nice. Views of the water and cute beach houses the whole way. We will be back.

Great long weekend getaway

Cute little cottage

We loved our stay in this cute little cottage. It’s small but that’s actually part of its charm. It has everything you need to stay in this wonderful part of the world The sunsets are absolutely to die for; so beautiful they look fake on any photo you take Highly recommended and was super sad to leave Ps the shower was really good and great kitchen facilities
