Stylishly furnished on 42 m², the holiday apartment Ostseetraum is on the first floor of a new building, which was completed at the end of 2018. The two-room apartment is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday with your partner.

The apartment is in a quiet location in the heart of Scharbeutz. Through the beautiful Kurpark you can walk to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach within four minutes. Bakeries and supermarkets are also within walking distance and there is a great children's playground behind the house.

The light-flooded living room is cleverly divided: the large corner couch can be converted into a cozy bed in no time (1.30 x 2.00 meters) and the swivel flat TV with 40 inches gives you the best view of your favorite program. The adjoining dining table can be pulled out so that you can cook your friends in the small but fine kitchen while on vacation. From here you also have access to the balcony, which faces west. From midday you can enjoy the sun on the high-quality patio furniture. The bedroom can be darkened by curtains and has a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide). The TV can also be swiveled forward or simply hidden behind the spacious wardrobe, with plenty of storage space for all your luggage. The interior bathroom with the large and walk-in shower completes this new apartment. Furthermore, you can easily reach the apartment via an elevator and large hallways.

A large flat screen TV with cable connection invites you to relax in the evening. You can also play your own music on the TV. The bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen TV. The apartment has free wireless internet access.

Design & style

42 m² are optimally used with modern and high-quality furnishings. The apartment has been decorated very tastefully and maritime with great attention to detail. The clear colors are stylishly coordinated.

Parking & bicycles

So that you don't have to look for a parking space on vacation, your parking space is right in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the shared bicycle shed.

Der Urlaub in dem App. In Scharbeutz war sehr schön und auch die Lage. Für 2 Personen ausreichende Größe. Das Schlafzimmer hätte etwas größer sein können. Am Schrank vorbei mußte man seitlich gehen. Der Geschirrspüler müßte dringend mal entkalkt werden und es fehlte 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier.

Der perfekte Urlaub

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage, nah am Strand und trotzdem ruhig. Der Parkplatz am Haus ist ideal. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei und konnten wunderbare Touren erleben. Es ist alles mit der Präsentation im Internet identisch. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sauber. Das man am Eingang ein Zettel an der Tür angebracht hatte, dass das betreten nur mit Maske und Einmalhandschuhe erlaubt sei fanden wir etwas überzogen. Es stellte sich dann heraus, das wir wohl di einzigen waren, welche sich daran hielten. Die Parkplätze könnten etwas großzügiger sein. Wir werden auf jeden fall wiederkommen.
