Designed by Master Architect Sylvanus Marston, this 1913 stately, two-story Colonial Revival home is filled with character and charm. Nestled on the knoll, high off the street, it is fully enclosed with wrought iron fencing and a private hedging with a large yard surrounding the home. Beautifully & loving restored with updated amenities, it is registered a Pasadena Historic Landmark with the distinguished Mills Act designation. This art-filled house offers an abundance of French doors and windows that provide wonderful natural light, a spacious and inviting front porch, high ceilings, pocket doors, crown moldings and a Batchelder tile fireplace in the living room. A beautiful spacious staircase w/a mid level landing w/bench seat leads to the upstairs suite of bedrooms. Downstairs features a formal dining room, living room w/piano, media room, kitchen and breakfast nook, and laundry area. You'll have access to the private and gated property, with gardens, veranda, and a variety of outdoor seating and reading areas.
