Lake Arrowhead Getaway - Large House On the Lake - Minutes from Sand Valley Golf

Beautiful recently remodeled 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 4,500 sq ft house located directly on Lake Arrowhead. Flat sandy access to the water. Comfortably sleeps 13 in your own beds, or more if you share beds (couples, etc). Rome Wisconsin is a beautiful getaway ~2 hours from Milwaukee area and ~3 hours from Chicago suburbs and Minneapolis area. Great destination for golf at Sand Valley or Lake Arrowhead courses, abundant ATV trails, multiple bike trails, hiking, or just general relaxation! Great lake for fishingand you can catch fish right off the dock!

This property comes with everything including all linens, towels, basic soap/shampoo, fully stocked kitchen, multiple flat screen smart TVs, chairs, firepit, and sand volleyball court.

Bring your boat and attach it directly to the dock if you would like. Boat lift is not to be used.

Exclusions: Pontoon onsite is NOT part of the rental.

House Rules:
Outdoor quiet time after 9pm, voices must be kept to a minimum.
No Fireworks
No parties or gatherings
$1,000 damage deposit to be refunded post rental barring no issues or damage
Max capacity is 16 guests
