3 bedroom, 1 Full Bath tub/shower plus 1 En Suite Master Bath: walk-in shower; small walk-in closet. Open kitchen/vaulted living room/dining room that steps out to large deck with plenty of seating and gas grill. Great neighborhood! Nest thermostat and doorbell. The Nest doorbell is located on the front door and covers the exterior of the front entrance for our guests' safety.

This is a great location for track goers! Walkable to the track and short drive to SPAC, town or the lake. Property was clean and comfy - the sofa is the best.

Racing trip

Accommodations were great, location was perfect . The host was very accommodating regarding our request for early check in. Also clear expectations on rules and closing we’re communicated and reasonable.

The house was great. The best rental we’ve had in our many visits to Saratoga. Super comfortable beds and well maintained house. We loved the location on the south side down with the track crowd.

Saratoga Weekend

This property was the perfect place to stay if you’re going to the races. Very close to the track and in a quiet neighborhood. Great master suite! Nice front porch and back deck area for everyone to hang out. John was a great host and so easy to get a hold of no matter what the question. We had a great weekend!

Perfect location

We have nothing but good things to say about the house and the owners. The house is in a perfect location if your looking to go to the track, casino, downtown or restaurants. It was also very clean and roomy. We loved hanging in the living room when we needed a rest, very comfy. John and Linda communicated very quickly and were very helpful. I would definitely like to go back and stay there in the future!

Perfect Location for a racetrack rental

This is a great property. The location is only minutes away from Saratoga Racetrack. Kitchen is stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans that you need to cook at home. Beds are comfy and layout is spacious. AC works great. Would definitely recommend if you are planning a visit to the racetrack, or anywhere else in Saratoga for that matter!

Perfectly placed home

The home was as advertised. It had all the tools to be able to cook while at home, was spacious for three couples and was a short 15 minute walk to the race course. That walk includes a stroll past a few of the racing stables, too. John was extremely responsive and the check in and check out process was very easy. I told John that we intend to come back to his home next summer!

Great location, easy access to everything in Saratoga

Walking distance to the track and easy access to downtown, The house was perfect for our week at the races. The house is very well appointed and comfortable. Communication with the owners was very easy and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot if your there for the horse racing

Location was great as we mainly go to Saratoga every year for the horse racing, house was less than a mile from track and directly across the street from the harness track and casino
