Saratoga Country Contemporary

Only 1 mile to the Saratoga Casino and Harness Track, 2 miles to the Saratoga Racetrack and 3 miles to both SPAC and Waterfront Park on Saratoga Lake... what more can you ask for! This house is so close to everything but it is located on a peaceful and private, 1.5 acre lot with an expansive backyard. Relax on the deck or screened porch after your day at the track or exploring all that Saratoga has to offer. Such a comfortable, country house to make your home base for your Saratoga vacation.

This home has two bedrooms with queen beds as well as a full sized futon in the master suite. There are two full baths located upstairs and an additional half bath downstairs. There is a full kitchen WITHOUT a working oven but a toaster oven is available plus a charcoal grill outside. There is both a den and living room for relaxing in as well as a screened in patio and deck.

Guests will have full access to the entire house and yard but will be restricted from entering the basement and garage.

There is a TV with a Firestick in the living room. There is no cable so guests are expected to use their own streaming devices. There is a Bluetooth receiver hooked to a small amp and speakers for music in the living room. The receiver is called GT BT-Receiver 52.

There are window AC units in the double hung windows. Please turn ACs off if opening windows. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms are operated by the slider switches on the walls. DO NOT attempt to pull the fan chains.

What a perfect location for our weekend with friends kayaking on Saratoga Lake and attending a concert at SPAC! Close to everything in Saratoga. Home was clean and a great place to relax. We loved the screen porch and the beautiful yard. So happy to have found this gem for future Saratoga visits.

Fantastic stay in Saratoga.

We loved our stay at this property. It appears just as advertised and the hosts were very accomodating in communicating with us. They made sure we were prepared for the ice covering the property, made the check-in extremely simple, requested very easy to follow rules, and were quick to assist us with a last minute change to our reservation. This is a very comfortable stay with enough distance from the neighbors and a very short drive to town.

The location was ideal for our stay. Plenty of room. The home is in need of certain updates. (front door, living room sofa/hard, and the stove). We did reach out with a concern and Sarah was immediately responsive. Overall, we appreciated the old cabin in the woods feel. We would come back again with our family as well.

Getaway Weekend

We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations for our needs. Wonderful house with plenty of room in a quiet, off-the-beaten-path neighborhood that was minutes from everything Saratoga. Communication was great and the hosts seemed quite experienced with the needs of their guests as they seemed to have everything just perfect in terms of what the average bear might need. We would not hesitate to stay here again, nor would we hesitate to give these folks a big "thumbs up" for everything.
