This house is so close to everything but it is located on a peaceful and private, 1.5 acre lot with an expansive backyard. Relax on the deck or screened porch after your day at the track or exploring all that Saratoga has to offer. Such a comfortable, country house to make your home base for your Saratoga vacation.

This home has two bedrooms with queen beds as well as a full sized futon in the master suite. There are two full baths located upstairs and an additional half bath downstairs. There is a full kitchen WITHOUT a working oven but a toaster oven is available plus a charcoal grill outside. There is both a den and living room for relaxing in as well as a screened in patio and deck.

Guests will have full access to the entire house and yard but will be restricted from entering the basement and garage.

There is a TV with a Firestick in the living room. There is no cable so guests are expected to use their own streaming devices. There is a Bluetooth receiver hooked to a small amp and speakers for music in the living room. The receiver is called GT BT-Receiver 52.

There are window AC units in the double hung windows. Please turn ACs off if opening windows. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms are operated by the slider switches on the walls. DO NOT attempt to pull the fan chains.
