Beautiful views and the perfect place to stay on the lake or take fun day trips. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was very communicative and super friendly.

Wonderful time! Take advantage of the dock and lake and definitely use the kayak rental! Super easy access to racetrack, downtown, tons of food options. Even got a full rainbow over the lake after a quick rain (pretty sure the hosts can’t guarantee that though)

The property is gorgeous and right on the lake! Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The living/dining area was perfect for our group of 5 tired moms to veg out and reconnect. Host was very responsive when we had questions. And answered texts efficiently. Would definitely rent from them again.

Great location and spacious apartment.

Great location on the water and near lots of hiking, shopping and restaurants. Apartment had everything we needed. Grateful that it was dog friendly as well.

I enjoyed the property the host was great unfortunately the information about the South Shore marina needs to be updated,they charge 20 to launch your boat and there’s no room in the parking area that’s designated for the property to store about so you need to store at the marina which will cost you 25 a day

Great view and location

The property provided a relaxing place to stay while enjoying some golfing, visiting Saratoga Springs, also fishing on the dock. It is easy to communicate with the owner, we will come back to this property again.

Another wonderful stay at Nick and Lynn’s lovely home. Gorgeous views, accommodations that exceed your every need and consistently upgrading. It is my favorite place to escape to.

Nick and Lynn were first class host and their property was a beautiful, peaceful retreat!! Just what we needed! They were wonderful to work with when our family had to vacate another rental (different rental platform) in the middle of our stay for a plethora of issues. This lake front home is terrific, from the views, incredible bird watching, your stress just melts away. Can only image how wonderful the summer season activities are here! It is host like Nick and Lynn that will continue to bring us back.

Perfect Weekend

The property was as advertised. Beautiful views and water access was easy. We attended a concert at SPAC which was a short 15 min drive. We had zero issue with the property. I highly recommend a stay there. We will be back!

Really lovely stay in a small neighborhood. Easy access to the water, completely clear views. We stayed on the second floor. No one was on the first floor, but there were people on the third floor, and we didn't hear them at all. Parking seemed confusing at first, but was not hard to figure out and was not inconvenient.
