The apartment is located in beautiful Sankt Englmar and an ideal starting point for all kinds of activities. If you are an enthusiastic hiker, cyclist or skier, then our apartment is just right for you. In addition to a beautifully renovated and self-catering accommodation, you can also take advantage of the hotel facilities. So end the day in the swimming pool or sauna or enjoy a hearty meal in the center of Sankt Englmar.

Our cozy, bright and freshly renovated 38 sqm apartment "Sarah" offers you all the comfort you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Sankt Englmar. The apartment awaits you with a kitchen that has all the basic equipment you need to cook and saves you having to do the washing up with a dishwasher.

You can then end the evening with a snack on the terrace, with a great seating on a self-made seating set.

The facility itself offers you all kinds of activities. There is a playground that can be observed directly from the balcony. As well as a mini golf course and table tennis tables that you can use at any time. (Mini golf and table tennis rackets are available for you free of charge in the apartment).

Best of all, there is also an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a sauna and a fitness room. Once you have completely explored the facility, the surrounding area also offers you a variety of options. Here you will find a toboggan run, the Wald-Wipfel-Weg, a high ropes course and above all the village "Sankt Englmar" with its spa park and numerous restaurants.

We were impressed! The apartment was really nice, clean and everything we needed was there. Great coffee btw! The host (next door) was really friendly and helpfull. The pictures in the advertisement don't do justice to Charme of the place. Our 3 kids (1-4-7 yr old girls) really liked the place! Lots to do in the village and it's surrounding. Definitely would recommend!! Communication is perfect with the hosts and their service is great! Thanks for letting us stay

Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht, freundlich und wir konnten mit unseren Kindern einiges in St.Englmar unternehmen. Das kleine Schwimmbad sowie die Sauna war auf jedenfall eine schöne Möglichkeit. Jedoch ist die Hotelanlage sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend renoviert werden.Dafür kann jedoch der Vermieter nichts.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr gut. Unser Appartement war sehr sauber aber viel zu klein für 5 Personen. Maximal vier Personen haben gut Platz in dem kleinen Appartement. Die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen aber das Angebot bietet viel. Es muss an allen Ecken und Kanten erneuert werden.

Schöne Anlage - alles da!

Die Anlage wirklich super, da sie viel zu bieten hat. Die Vermieter sind großartig - sehr hilfsbereit und die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts. Die Wohnung ist allerdings sehr klein, das muss man vorher wissen. Das Etagenbett der Kinder steht quasi im Eingangsflur, der so eng ist, dass man mit der Wohnungstür ans Etagenbett stößt, wenn man sie komplett öffnet. Im Wohnraum mit Küche ist das Elternbett dann ein Schrankbett. Das ist sehr bequem - man muss aber halt wissen, dass es keinen Raum gibt, bei dem man auch mal die Tür zumachen kann. Vor der Terrasse sind direkt Spielplätze, das ist auch super...

Wir haben die Weihnachtstage in St. Englmar verbracht und hätten uns keinen schöneren Urlaub vorstellen können Das Apartment hatte alles was man braucht und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage hat für uns als Familie alles geboten, um auch bei schlechtem Wetter Spaß zu haben. Schwimmbad, Tischtennis, Indoor Spielplatz - für unseren Sohn das Paradies. Empfehlen können wir auch einen Ausflug zum Waldwipfel Weg. Einen Besuch war es wirklich wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise halt alles super geklappt. Uns wurde alles genau erklärt. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es war sehr sauber. Egal ob für Jung oder Alt es ist in der Anlage für jeden was dabei. Schwimmhalle, Sauna, Tischtennis, Minigolf, Spielplatz, Indoor Spielplatz, Fußballhalle alles super und alles im Preis inbegriffen. In der Umgebung gibt es auch viele verschiedene Ausflugsziele. Toller Urlaub mit Kind

Eine kleine, praktische Wohnung. Es wurde bei der Einrichtung an alles gedacht. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Direkt vor der Tür der Spielplatz wo unsere jetzt 2-jährige Tochter auch gut allein spielen konnte. Auch in der Gegend sind sehr gute Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen mit der Familie. (Rodelbahn / Waldwipfelweg / Indoorspielplätze) Auch das Beladen und Entladen vom Gepäck ist super, da man direkt vor die Terrasse fahren kann. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
