Apartment Anker am See

Beautiful 3 room apartment renovated in 2018, approx. 95sqm, close to the lake (50 meters), has a view of the lake, 2 parking spaces, large garden area. The apartment is characterized by a modern interior. In combination with the approx. 600-year-old ceiling in the main room of the apartment, which has been left in its original state, a very special flair is created.

Within 500 meters there is a lido with a kiosk, a farm shop, a butcher with fresh baked goods, a pharmacy and two restaurants, which are located directly on the lake.
For larger purchases, there is a Lidl (3 km), petrol station and e-bike rental with flea market items in the neighboring town of Öhningen.

The region is well known and popular for cycling trails.

Within a radius of 100 meters are boat docks for course cruises and a boat rental with guided tours.

Distances from Zurich / Constance, each about 40 minutes by car.

On the weekends July 20th - July 21st and July 26th - 28th the traditional beach festivals take place, which are about 50 meters away from the apartment.

The Swiss border is only about 5 km away. The traditional old town of Stein am Rhein is extremely worth seeing and is ideal for a day trip. On August 1st there will also be a big firework display for the national holiday.

Approximately The Rhine Falls are 30 minutes away by car in Schaffhausen.

Please note that the municipality of Öhningen charges tourist tax. The tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per day in the high season and € 1.00 in the low season. The main season covers the period from 1. April to 31 October, the low season the period from 1st January to 31 March and from 1st November to 31 December. The day of arrival and the day of departure are counted together as one day of stay.
Children up to the age of 15 Are exempt from the tourist tax. The amount is to be paid separately and is paid in full to the municipality.

Wonderful!

We had such a wonderful time in and around Wangen which is very beautiful. Johanna was an amazing host and made us feel so welcome on arrival and kindly left us a bottle of wine. She even brought along a friend to translate both on the day we arrived and when we left which was very thoughtful and it really helped (thank you to Ivan too!) Her apartment is gorgeous, so clean with great facilities and it even has automatic blackout blinds which kept it lovely and cool during the day as it was particularly hot during our visit. Johanna also gave us great tips and brochures - for example she recommended a great place for hiring bikes and e-bikes which was very close to her property and enabled us to enjoy cycling into Switzerland. We all loved the football table which we used every evening and it kept our boys particularly happy! Thank you so much Johanna.

Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig und mit allem was benötigt wird, ausgestattet. Eine riesige, voll ausgestattet Küche mit Blick auf den See. auch der eigene Garten mit Grillecke und quasi direkten Zugang zum See ist klasse. Ein kleines Highlight für die Kids war der Kickerkasten ;-) Zur Gastgeberin. Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt und durch die Wohnung geführt. Bekamen noch hilfreiche Tips zur Umgebung. Selten eine so herzliche und nette Gastgeberin kennen gelernt. Nur zu empfehlen!

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf den See und sehr kurzem Weg zum Wasser sind angenehm. Abends und Nachts eine ungewohnte Stille für Menschen aus der Stadt. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Vom Garten aus hatte man einen direkten Zugang zum Bodensee. Es gibt viele schöne Radwege. Die kleine Stadt „Stein am Rhein „ kann man wunderbar mit dem Rad erreichen.

Prima lokatie om te fietsen

Appartement met uitzicht op het meer. Prima uitgerust en schoon. Rustige omgeving. Lokatie geschikt als uitvalsbasis om omgeving te bekijken. Restaurants in de buurt. Gastvrouw erg vriendelijk en reageert snel op mail etc. We kregen tussendoor nog vragen of alles naar wens was.

Schöne Wohnung - schwierige Vermieter

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage, leider großer Ärger mit den Vermietern. Während unseres Aufenthalts ist uns beim Frühstück ein Terrassenstuhl kaputtgegangen (bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung). Vermutlich war die Kunststoffstrebe des Stuhls bereits durch Alterung und UV-Versprödung nicht mehr tragfähig, uns ist daher beim Sitzen durchgebrochen. Wir hatten dies direkt der Vermieterin gemeldet, zu unserer Verwunderung wollte Sie, dass wir ihr den Stuhl ersetzen. Auch nach mehrmaligem Erklärungsversuch, dass die Abnutzung des Mobiliars nicht dem Mieter in Rechnung gestellt werden darf, bestand sie weiterhin darauf, das über unsere Kaution zu verrechnen. Ihre Begründung: Die Stühle wären teuer gewesen, und seien erst 5 Jahre (!!!) alt, daher könnten diese nicht einfach so kaputt gehen. Und einen zerbrochenen Teller müsste ein Mieter ja ebenso bezahlen – ohne Worte… Ich unterstelle den Vermietern hier keine Bosheit oder Raffgier, sondern denke, dass hier einfach völlige Unwissenheit hinsichtlich der Rechte und Pflichten eines Vermieters vorliegt, jedoch ohne jedwede Einsicht. Diesen Ärger im Urlaub hätte man sich gern erspart, eine erneute Buchung kommt hier für uns natürlich nicht in Frage.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz der Online-Beschreibung. Sehr nette , liebe Gastgeberin. Die Wohneinheit hat uns online so umgehauen, das wir uns letztendlich auch dafür entschieden haben. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand. Tolle Restaurants in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausreichend Badestrände rund um Wangen. Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung war super. Alles da, was für eine Selbstverpflegung benötigt wird. Die Terrasse Richtung Bodensee lud zum draußen essen ein. Immer mit Blick auf den Bodensee. Der Schiffsanleger direkt vor der Haustür war natürlich von Vorteil. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt. Empfehlenswert mit Familie ( Kindern ) aber auch zu zweit sorgt der Aufenthalt für Entspannung. Daumen hoch 👍

5 Sterne sind zu wenig

Noch nie hatten wir eine so schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Kücheneinrichtung Top!! Absolut sauber bis in den letzten Winkel ( hier wirklich die Kücheneinrichtung hervorzuheben, als ob jedes Teil zum Bezug aufbereitet wird) . Und dazu kommt eine sehr sympathische Vermieterin der man anmerkt, das die Wohnung ihr Herzblut ist. Jedes Teil durchdacht. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, bei wunderbarer Lage direkt am See in einer wunderschönen Wohnung . Was will man mehr ?? Und der Tischkicker...auch für uns älteres Semester ..und unseren 18 jährigen Sohn ein Spaß. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!!

Wunderbare gelegene und ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt fabelhaft in Laufweite (50m) vom See entfernt. Sie ist sehr sauber und liebevoll ausgestattet. Der Tischkicker ist für Kinder eine Attraktion. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in Stein am Rhein und in rund 45 Minuten in Konstanz. Schwimmen, Radfahren, Paddeln, Wandern geht hervorragend. Abends sitzt man gemütlich auf der Terrasse mit Blick zum See. Leicht erreichbare, sehr hilfreiche und freundliche Vermieterin.

Super Aufenthalt in der FeWo von Johanna Bölle!

Meine Frau und ich verbrachten eine traumhafte Woche, bei bestem Wetter, in der wunderschönen FeWo von Frau Bölle. Eine Wohnung in der es an nichts fehlt und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Frau Bölle ist eine sehr warmherzige und sehr nette Vermieterin.
