Great Location

The house worked great for our three couples. Were were able to walk to the track, casino, and a few bars. The neighbor is very quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the covered back porch. We are already planning our trip for next year.

Oaklawn Fans

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this property which should say it all. Roger is always available to answer any question I have had. Property is is well maintained. 10 minute casual stroll to Oaklawn. Stores and many restaurants nearby. We've never been disappointed when staying here. Would highly recommend it to anyone planing a trip to Hot Springs.

Charming house in Hot Springs

We thoroughly enjoyed or stay in Hot Springs. The house was great! It was very clean and full of charm and character. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. The convenient walk to Oaklawn was a big plus. We will definitely book this property again.

Perfect

This home was the perfect location for everything we did during our stay. Roger was courteous and responsive. This was a trip for my sister, my cousin and I to reconnect. We spent many hours on the back porch reminiscing about the old days. It was the perfect vacation.

Proximity to Racetrack.

Very clean and convenient location, was a wonderful rental agreement and pleasant owner. Close to Oaklawn race track and many other attractions in Hot Springs.

Great stay in Hot Springs!

4 of us stayed with Roger during the solar eclipse in 2024. You could very comfortable sleep 6 here. He was extremely responsive and helpful the entire time we stayed at his place. The beds were comfortable and overall it was very accommodating. We loved being able to walk to the casino and race track. Downtown was very close, we found it easy to pay the <$10 Uber to get down there instead of parking. If you’re heading to hot springs, I’d definitely suggest staying with Roger.

Great property and location

The property was clean location was great. Just a little problem with thermostat wish I could have controlled it myself as we were a little cold. However he did increase temperate but still a little cold and he was very responsive and nice.

Wonderful issue free relaxing stay.

Roger went far above what most super host due. He was very responsive to any contact made of him. His property was a very pristine home. It was decorated and furnished with everything needed for a relaxing and worry free stay. The location was excellent being central to area attractions, stores and resturants. Roger had some pamphlet information on local businesses that helped us take searching for locations out of our decision making. Each on was a great experience. We have stayed at other properties and this one we rate as the best. Unfortunately 5 stars is all you are allowed to give. Roger and this property deserves 100 stars. Thank you Roger for allowing us to enjoy your property and we are excited about staying there again.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay and then that this was our first time doing a vacation rental for a church event we were sold. We both agree that this is how we’re going to do it from here on out. Thanks for the experience and the comfort in your hospitality.

Central location

Centrally located. In walking distance of the horse track and casino. Within 5 minutes of both ball fields that we played at. Neighborhood was nice and quite.
