Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, music system with MP3 function. Also located in the living area is a comfortable couch. Relaxation also offers the sunny terrace with garden use. The house is equipped on the ground floor with underfloor heating. The entire house also impresses with a wood-look design floor.  On the upper floor of the house spoils the bright tiled shower room with spa shower. In both bedrooms 1x double bed and 1x 2 single beds you will sleep restful due to the quiet residential area. Free parking for your car on the property.
