Very nice house. Lots of room for our group of 13. However, it was advertised as having four King bedrooms when there were only three. Also, a few things were broken in the house, but overall everything was beautiful and a good time was had by all.
This breathtaking mansion exceeded all expectations. It was in pristine condition and so so clean. Lots of space for a dinner party and playing board games. The kitchen was spacious and convenient to cook in with a huge refrigerator, 2 sinks, and 2 dish washers. Each bedroom was very spacious with most having their own bathroom. The cherry on top was the yoga room, sauna room, and outdoor hot tub. Was the best house stay I have ever had..
Outstanding property for a family of 9. We were in town for our son's graduation from Westpoint. We stayed for a week. Enjoyed all the amenities, beds very comfortable, property super clean and well stocked kitchen spices, appliances. Super private property. A must stay! Request the private chef Frank, outstanding food!
This house was great for our group of 19 people. We went to celebrate my moms birthday and she had the best weekend. The living room is a great place for everyone to hang and the amenities were amazing. We were able to use the hot tub, go in the sauna, play pool/foosball, and it's in a great location. Highly recommend this property and they were also very easy to communicate with.
The house is as spectacular as it appears in the photos. It comes well equipped with all the kitchen stuff you could possibly need. The host was very responsive to any questions, we had no problems with anything! We hope to come back to this beautiful house.
We had such an amazing experience at the Rhinebrook Estate. The host was AMAZING! and they were extremely helpful. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and dreamy. I will def plan to stay here again in the future!!!
This was a great spot for 18 extended family members to use as home base for our reunion. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of space to store and cook. Large enough dining room to accommodate us as well as other smaller dining option areas inside and out. 2 general bathrooms on the first floor along with a bathroom in each bedroom made for privacy and comfort for 3 generations of family ranging in age from 13 to 78. With two family members having to attend to some remote meetings the private office area came in handy. Some delays in checking in were remotely addressed. We would recommend highly.
This was a celebration for six of the eleven of us who turned 70 this year. We are a group of very well traveled individuals. The house was actually even nicer than the pictures could capture. Everything was clean. I thought the grill was brand new, it was so clean!
The layout allowed us more than enough room to hang out… and enjoy the a game of billiards, foosball, and cards. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it each of the nights we were there. We brought some of our own equipment (I.e., cast iron pans) for some particular recipes. The mattresses were very comfortable. All said, this rental is a “10”.

We are extensive VRBO users who have rented homes worldwide. This was our worst experience ever - especially painful as we were in town for a family member's memorial service.Access Crisis: Despite multiple requests for check-in instructions, we received NO response. We could only enter because we coincidentally arrived as the property manager was leaving. Otherwise, we'd have been locked out despite their rigid insistence on punctual arrival.Deferred Maintenance: Stove partially broken, multiple bathtub faucets non-functional, master bedroom gas fireplaces inoperable, kitchen window screws rusted off (photo attached), hot tub unsanitary and unserviced. Nothing was fixed despite our reports.Unacceptable Cleaning: My wife found a false eyelash on a kitchen chair. Shower heads had heavy limescale buildup (photos attached) - easily fixable with basic cleaning.Misplaced Priorities: Instead of addressing these issues, we received multiple rule reminder emails, affiliate links to buy their beds, and marketing for other properties. The priorities here are backwards - meticulous about rules while neglecting maintenance, cleanliness, and basic hospitality. Avoid this property.

When emotions take over you get reviews like this for a 2.5M home that is cleaned 2x a week and kept in immaculate condition.
Unfortunately, this guest was an emotional basketcase from the moment they arrived - crying, wailing and demanding things from my property manager.
As mentioned, they were there to have a memorial service for a family member and this pain colored their entire stay.
High maintenence, lack of knowledge of how a home operates, and incredibly demanding of my property manager would be a "nice" way to characterize their stay.
At the end, however, they were so thankful, appreciative and sent multiple texts to my property manager thanking her over and over again for her kindness to the wife and for handling everything they asked for.
Their review is completely unacceptable and in my eyes, and totally invalidates a fantastic stay...
but I will take the high ground and show some grace and say they are not bad people, but definitely were emotionally charged from this death and became rude, demanding and high maintanance as a result.
I just wish they didn't have such a path of vengeance for really no apparent reason. Seems odd to me.
The house is gorgeous. It was perfect weekend for friends and family to gather. Each room just got better. The furnishings are beautiful. The kitchen is a true chef's kitchen where we frequently gathered to talk, laugh and prepare meals, only to sit down in a dining room that was able to accomodate the 19 of us!. Pristine! The property is Set on a very private, beautiful piece of property. The manager of property couldn't have been more helpful.
