Welcome to The Noir Room, a Pinot Noir-inspired luxury suite nestled in the heart of downtown Newberg. Designed to capture the sophistication and charm of Oregon's wine country, this elegant retreat blends laid-back refinement with timeless comfort. Guests are within walking distance of First Street's renowned tasting rooms, boutique shops, and restaurants, including Rosmarino Osteria Italiana, Kopitos Cocina, and The Newbergundian Bistro. Spend the day exploring local favorites such as Et Fille Wines, Domaine Lumineux, and Bravuro Cellars, or enjoy nearby outdoor adventures at Champoeg State Park.

With Dundee's celebrated wineries and McMinnville's charming historic district just a short drive away, the Newberg Suites provide a welcoming home base for guests eager to discover the beauty, flavor, and spirit of Oregon's wine country.

Step inside and discover a space that reflects the depth and character of a fine Pinot Noir, layered, elegant, and effortlessly inviting. Rustic barn-style doors open to the private bedroom, where a cloud-like king bed promises restful nights and unhurried mornings.

A beautifully tiled bathroom provides a serene space to begin your day or unwind at night, featuring modern finishes and thoughtful touches that evoke quiet luxury.

The open concept kitchen and dining area offers everything you need for a gourmet meal or a cozy evening in with local takeout and a bottle of Willamette Valley Pinot. Afterward, relax by the electric fireplace with your favorite person, or your four-legged companion, as soft lighting sets the perfect ambiance.

Located on the second floor, The Noir Room offers a private, peaceful setting with a true sense of wine country living. Every moment here is designed to balance elegance with ease, sophistication with warmth.

Important Things to Note:
• We welcome up to two (2) dogs, with a non-refundable fee of $50 per dog.
• VRBO will collect the guest service fee first, and the remaining reservation payment will be processed separately by our property management team.

Lovely Newburg Suite for George Fox graduation

The suite was situated in the heart of downtown Newburg which made it convenient to coffee shops, restaurants, and George Fox University for our niece's graduation ceremony. The suite was spacious, clean, and had everything that we needed for a long weekend stay. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch! I would definitely recommend and will book again if we are back in town.

Lovely overnight stay

We really enjoyed our over night stay. This was our first time to Newberg. We were dropping our son off to GFU so it was nice being close to the college so we could get him settled in. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property, delicious bottle of wine, snacks, and delicious coffee. <3

The apartment was very clean. Had everything I needed. I was only up for a quick trip this time but would stay here again next time. Very close to restaurants and George Fox University. Was able to walk to eat and go see my daughter at the college.

Very Clean and Cute

This property was very clean and nice. The lock on the door wasn't working when we first checked in, but management responded promptly, and it was fixed. Although there were other nearby units, we didn't hear anything from neighbors.

Conveniently located!

We stayed in this apartment during an event at George Fox. It was very conveniently located and we were able to walk to the grocery store, the cafe, and even the college (about 18 minutes.) The AC was very appreciated during the hot August days. Road noise was to be expected, since it is situated between two halves of a major throughway. It was noisy all night but we just ran a white noise app on our phone. A fan would be a great addition! We loved the coffee, tea, and snack that was left for us at check in. Dishwasher was so appreciated. Perhaps a couple extra towels would be useful! One per person and slow to dry meant damp towels most of the week. :) We would definitely stay here again!
