The apartment offers plenty of space, it has a large bright and open space in which the kitchenette, dining and living area are located. Slightly separated are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. The outdoor area is spacious and quiet. You will find sun loungers, a terrace with table, chairs and umbrella, as well as a barbecue grill. A parking space is available. Casa Grazia is located in the middle between the districts Lemprato and Crone. Shopping, various restaurants / pizzerias, beach, bar and Gelateria are within walking distance.
