It is located in a fenced area of ââfour acres with lawn.
The fence is security with railings over two meters high.
Inside the fence and around the perimeter there are fruit trees and flowers. Roses of all colors beautify the look of the garden.
The building is of modern construction and has excellent insulation and security standards, with security doors and next to windows.

In addition to the main apartment there is a shared kitchen with all appliances and a washing machine.
