Fai le valigie, porta la famiglia - rilassati e divertiti. Il nostro condominio fronte oceano diretto è a 6th Street e il lungomare - Proprio nel cuore del centro di Ocean City! Abbiamo un balcone molto grande che si affaccia sull'oceano e sul lungomare. Siamo in un edificio è un edificio sicuro con piscina all'aperto, ascensore, persiane e un ampio parcheggio. Abbiamo tv a schermo piatto in ogni camera da letto e nel soggiorno e un camino a gas per i nostri ospiti invernali. La nostra camera da letto principale ha due letti matrimoniali, la camera da letto 2 ha due letti matrimoniali e la camera da letto 3 ha due letti singoli.

Great location

The location was perfect. The condo was spacious and had just enough rooms for the entire family. However, it was not clean when we got there. There was sand and food all over the floor and a cockroach in the bathroom.

Awesome Experience

We had an amazing time. The condo’s location is perfect and the view couldn’t be topped. Condo is very spacious and comfortable.

Great views

Downtown location is great,condemn was more than large enough for 7 people. Bedrooms are nice but we had to get sleep mask because of the location very bright at night. The bedrooms are not dark at night .

Great memories made

The balcony was the perfect size perfect location everything was clean, and nicely laid out very open access to the beach was amazing. We really need some amazing memories at the condo.

Beautiful, inside and out!

Beautiful property with magnificent views of the Boardwalk, beach, and ocean. My kids loved the rooftop pool! A few minor cosmetic issues such as scuffed walls and such, but overall, a fantastic place!

Excellent location. Bedroom/bathroom with two double beds appeared not as clean as it should have been. Had to clean the sinks and counter top and there were bugs on the floor under the window. Multiple light bulbs needed replaced. Commode in the master bedroom must be leaking water from the tank as every so often it seemed to be running. (Not water on the floor)

Great family trip!

Our family had a great trip this weekend at Ocean Mist. I can not say anything negative about this place. The place is huge and plenty of space for a large family. The location is prime only a few steps away from great restaurants. The balcony is the most comfortable balcony we have been on. We would definitely stay here again.

Very impressive oceanfront rental!

We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers at your rental property in July, 2018. It was very spacious, nicely updated and tastefully decorated. The location oceanfront and on the boardwalk was excellent. We did have some noise from the shops below but having the TV on easily took care of that issue. The beach and boardwalk were easily accessible around the side street, the parking accommodated 2 full sized trucks and the pool was clean every day and a great place to relax in the afternoon.

The condo was absolutely beautiful.

This was an absolutely beautiful place. The furnishings were outstanding, the kitchen supplies were excellent and the location was fantastic. The pool was clean. We loved the balcony overlooking the boardwalk and the ocean. We had a wonderful time and will return.

Great Location! Great View!

We had an awesome week at the Oceans Mist. Management was very attentive to our needs. View from balcony is amazing. Everything is withing walking distance.

Nice updated condo

The unit we stayed in needs a newer faster router we had extremely slow and intermittent wifi connection to the internet. Cable tv worked well good choice of optional stations. The noise from the shops below us was annoying and they played loud music until 1 am every night. We will request a higher unit next time (we were on the 2nd floor just above the shops). Still overall it was a nice place and great access to the beach and boardwalk.

Love the condo! Highly recommend

This is our second season at Ocean's Mist 201 and we'll be coming back next year. We love the condo, it's spacious, clean, good quality furniture and has everything we need. Celeste is always very helpful and responds to me quickly. I have nothing negative to say about the actual condo and I highly recommend it so please do not let my concerns sway you. It's a great place to stay. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the property around the building, the elevator, stairwell and pool. The pool is always an issue. It doesn't seem to filter well. There's always feathers, hair and dirt floating in the water. I always have to complain about it and I don't like to complain. This year the property (other areas of the building) didn't seem as clean as I've seen it. I'd like to see the property manager of the building take more pride in making sure the area around the building and the pool is well maintained. Again, the actual condo itself is very, very nice. We'll see you in 2018.

Very Disappointing

We stayed at this particular condo in 2011 and LOVED it. It had everything one needed and was beautiful. Unfortunately we had to evacuate two days early because of a hurricane so we didn't get to enjoy all seven days. Fast forward to July 2016: When we arrived at the unit this time, things had changed. Instead of 2 shelves full of glasses, there wre only 3 glasses. There were no serving or mixing bowls, and there were fewer cooking and baking utensils. There was a new fridge and living room furniture. The fridge had two broken shelves, and the couch unit, which had a recliner at each end was broken on one end and sagged. It was hard to work and it looked terrible. The toilet paper holders in all 3 bathrooms were either broken or loose. The verticle blinds in the 2 front bedrooms were broken and would not close properly. My husband was able to fix one, but not the other. But the worst part was, when my daughter used the Jacuzzi the first night, the owner of the business below us came up and told us something was leaking water into his business. We called Mr. Bowling's agent, Celeste, and left a message. She got back to us the next day and when we told her all of the issues she got on it immediately. She sent service men to fix things and a plumber to look at the Jacuzzi. She arrived with mixing bowls and new glasses and was shocked at the condition of the furniture as it was new this season. I understand Mr. Bowling had no control over how his unit was treated by others but he should have had someone inspect it each time someone left to make sure it was ready for the next renter. We could have stayed at a place half the price but the Jacuzzi sealed the deal. We payed a LOT of extra money for that feature. I was insulted to receive only a $325.00 refund even though I realize he didn't have to give us anything. I am a semi-invalid. And except for the 3 nights we ate out, I spent my entire vacation in the home. To say I was extremely disappointed, is an understatement. I wrote him a letter explaining my disappointment, but he apparently didn't read it as I got a form email stating that he had issued a partial refund and to check my mail! To top it off, next year there will be less parking as a new tower is being built in half the parking lot. The location was great and the balcony was wonderful but it was hard getting to the beach. You had to go out the back, walk half a block to get to the side street to get to the boardwalk. I never made it.

Place is nice should include more for price, a vacuum would be nice. A few dishes and that was it.

The master bedroom was nice, the other two bedrooms were so small and overlooked hall to elevator. No nightstand in second bedroom which was very inconvenient, no where to put water or phone or book at night other than the floor. We have not received our deposit back even though we left the place exactly as we left it and owner is not responding. the location was good, pool was small and in the back. No shower off beach. Place is promising but missing so much, especially for the price. should at least have a vaccume for guests to use.
