Clean condo right near pools and tram stops in Sea Colony. Friendly and responsive hosts. We had a wonderful stay.

Clean, spacious condo in great location in Sea Colony. Close to tram stop and pools. Easy check in. Plenty of parking. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

This location was an excellent location. Directly next to a pool and a bus/trampoline stop. The house was very clean and the owners were very helpful.

Great stay !

The unit is very nicely remodeled. Most essentials are provided for comfy stay, (we had to bring sheets and towels tough). Mattresses are new and very comfortable. Marybeth was a great host: easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

get place and location owners were very nice , place was clean only issue was very thin walls so you hear everything above you and i mean everything .

We had at great time during our visit to Bethany and surrounding areas even though the weather was not good. The condo was very comfortable and far exceeded my expectations. All the condo upgrades were very professionally completed. My wife had a very easy time communicating with the owner Eben, and he was very accommodating. Thanks Jack

Family vacation

We enjoyed our time in Sea Colony in this lovely home! Eben and Marybeth were wonderful. They responded quickly when we had an issue with the coffee pot and were very understanding when we had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency. There is a pool close by and a few tram stops that get you to the beach quickly. I would highly recommend staying in this home!

Really lovely condo in Sea Colony West

The condo was so clean and comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. The adjoining bathrooms for each bedroom was awesome, and the whole place was really nicely updated! Everything worked great and we had zero issues! Loved that we could walk right outside and let the kids fish for little perch in the evenings. Easy to walk to the tram, tennis center, and pickleball courts. Will definitely book again!!

July 2023 1st Time @ Sea Colony

Condo was in great shape and had everything we needed. We did struggle a little with the Ninja coffee maker, but eventually was able to remedy the drip. However, I would suggest someone take a look at it. The Sea Colony property was very impressive and had every actively more than adequately covered. The host was super responsive and gracious. Highly recommend!
