About this property

historical gable parlor on the first floor of the old schoolhouse; a bedroom under the Krüppelwalmdach (2nd floor); Sitting area + summer kitchen in the garden; separate, separate access through the house.

The building is a historical monument. It has not been a school for 90 years.
During the renovation special emphasis was placed on authenticity. So much was worked with old brick, clay and wood. Many old components were used again. The apartments have unique clay stoves installed, but there is also a gas heater available. On the ground floor underfloor heating under large terracotta plates.
The kitchens are equipped with the latest technology 'shabby-look' apartments all have separate entrances.
The apartment 3 is in the annex. There is also the sauna, which can be used by all (10, - per use for electricity and cleaning)

Wunderbares Haus mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor

Diesen Kurzurlaub im Herbst haben wir genossen. 😀 Die Angaben im Online-Inserat sind absolut korrekt.😀 Alles war sauber und in gepflegtem Zustand. 😀 Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende super durch den Vermieter betreut gefühlt. 😀 Natürlich haben wir das Feriendomizil weiterempfohlen, da es uns das gab, was wir erwarteten : Ruhe, Freundlichkeit, Natur mit Bodden, Ursprünglichkeit. 😀 Die Nähe zu Lubmin mit Seebrücke, Wieck mit Brücke, das Dorf selbst, frische Fischbrötchen vom Stand und in der Gaststätte Wie-05 zu vernünftigen Preisen 😀, Eldena mit Klosterruine und Greifswald 😀 sind ein dickes Plus noch dazu😀. Und einen tollen Lehmofen gibt's ...😀 Danke und immer so weiter 😀 Gaby mit Tilda und Dana mit Ole

Außen hui, innen...nicht ganz so

Hübsche, einst mit viel Liebe zum Detail renovierte Wohnung, Sauberkeit ausbaufähig. Wohnung/Zimmer nicht abschließbar und Vermieter im gleichen Haus.

Eine sehr schöne und urige Unterkunft.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und von dem Vermietern willkommen gefühlt. Die ruhige und idyllische Gegend mit Schafen, Hühnern, Strand und viel flachem Wasser ist ideal für Urlaub mit Kindern. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung.

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! Würde hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.
