Our newly updated oceanfront, 3 bedroom 2 bath unit is located on the car-free beach in New Smyrna's Bethune Beach between the ocean and river, our second floor condo is the ultimate location for your next relaxing getaway.

As you walk into your vacation home you are welcomed by views of the blue Atlantic waters! The oceanfront living room offers comfortable seating, a large 50" smart TV, and sliders to the private, oceanfront balcony. Sip your morning cup of coffee from the high-top table, for two, as you gaze upon the shore or put your feet up on the cushioned patio chairs with ottomans. Prepare meals for friends and family in our newly remodeled kitchen that features all new appliances. Our fully equipped kitchen includes all your cooking essentials including a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, kettle and more!

Wake up every morning as you watch the dolphins play in the waves from the oceanfront master bedroom. The freshly painted master features sliders to the balcony, a smart TV, and a private master bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The master closet houses the full size washer and dryer and ample storage. This wonderfully appointed condo is perfect for multiple families traveling together! The 2nd bedroom features a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom, has 2 sets of bunks(4 twins). The 2nd full bath, located in the hallway just off the kitchen features an updated glass shower and a linen closet stocked with new beach towels and sunscreen.

Rest Ashored features all the comforts of home including cable TV, Streaming Services, WiFi, washer/dryer, and all linens are supplied. Beach essentials include beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, boogie board, and a cooler.

​​​​​​​The Chadham-the-Sea is the last condo on the car-free beach and is located away from the downtown area on a quiet, secluded area of the beach. The Chadham-by-the-Sea is a gated community with private beach access, a paved oceanfront pool deck with a seasonally heated pool and bathroom, shuffleboard courts, and bar-b-que grills with a picnic area. Bring your surfboard, paddleboard, or kayak along on vacation as Chadham-by-the-Sea offers storage racks on the south side of the south building.

Located within walking distance is Bethune Park. The riverfront park features a playground, sand volleyball court, tennis courts, kayak launch, fishing dock, and picnic pavilion and is a known manatee hangout during certain times of the year. Also within walking distance is JB's Fish camp offering a one-of-a-kind riverfront dining experience with some of the freshest seafood in town.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!

Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach. One-of-a-kind restaurants and boutiques can be found within a short drive on 3rd Avenue, Flagler Avenue, and Historic Canal Street.

Art galleries can be found throughout town making New Smyrna one of the best small art towns in the country.

The Marine Discover Center can be found nearby and has spent over 20 years informing guests about the amazing biodiversity of the Indian River Lagoon. They offer amazing boat and kayak tours as well as some great educational summer camps for kids.
