Casa Carmen 1 consists of 2 bedrooms and a living room with fireplace, terrace with sea views.Internet - fiber optic. Bathroom.
Good location in the area of Santa Maria de Llorell.
Santa María de Llorell is a private condominium with an enclosed entrance barrier. The beach of Santa María is about 500 meters long and the sand is coarse-grained (no pebbles). It is a quiet beach, as only residents can be reached by car. On the beach there is a restaurant, bathrooms and showers. For a fee you can rent chairs, umbrellas and boats. Diving and sailing courses were offered. At the entrance of the urbanization there is a supermarket. There is also a playground with a multipurpose sports field.
Access to the urbanization: €15 per vehicle and stay .

Schöne, einfache Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht auf die Umgebung und das Meer. Bis zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten. Kleiner Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Gute Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen, für alles Weitere braucht man allerdings ein Auto oder benutzt die öffentlichen Buslinien. Eine Haltestelle befindet sich am Eingang des Geländes. Die Unterstützung durch die Verwalterin bei einem kleinen Problem war großartig.

Die Ferienwohnung genügt einfachen Ansprüchen, könnte aber mit ein paar wenigen zusätzlichen Artikeln oder kleinen Veränderugen schnell aufgewertet werden. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin mit einem sehr persönlichen Brief und einem Willkommensgeschenk sehr sympathisch empfangen.

Fantastisk ophold

Placering og udsigt fra boligen helt fantastisk. Går man til højre ad stranden, finder man 2 strande, hvoraf den ene er utrolig smuk, og hvor der næsten ikke er besøgende. Paradisisk. Køkkenudstyret er sparsomt - ingen ordentlige køkkenknive og køkkenet var meget gammelt. God udeplads, men rengøring indvendig var ikke helt i top.
