On the beach. Two houses, Sanddollar and Seagull that are not attached and are private. Sanddollar sits between Seagull and the ocean, but you have a lovely view from your upper deck. Seagull sits directly on the sandy beach.

We went for mothers day weekend and had the best stay ever. The house is well stocked with all you need for a vacation. Washer, dryer, plenty of linen which is important because all the trips back and forth to the beach. The tvs were easy to use, both beds were so so so so comfortable, nothing like good sleep. The hideabed couch was a plus too.

The kitchen was very clean and had every gadget you could ever need. Wine openers, can opener you name it she had it. We used the large BBQ outside every night and it was great.

Nell was kind and easy to talk to, she even whent and bought a portable fire pit so we could take it to the beach and have bonfires closer to the water. The hot tub and upper deck are a huge plus. This is the perfect house to get R+R, from busy life. We can not wait to come back to this gem on the beach , Where the best family memories were made . Hats off to you Nell, your property is astoundingly amazing. Thank you , thank you,

I rented out the fun and quarkey seagull for a couple of months and absolutely loved my stay. The whole time I was there I felt like it was my own home. The location is perfect amd very quiet. I wish I could rent it out again the same way I had done before.

My family and I rented this house for a week. The house was nice. The kitchen was small but very functional. The view from the top deck was so spectacular we spent every evening watching the sunset. Getting up and walking 2 steps to the beach was just awesome. I can't tell you enough how wonderful the week was. The beds were comfortable and there were boogie boards and Marshmellow sticks available to use. (Which was very handy). We didn't have to go purchase them. We had a fire every night right on the beach. My dogs got to go and they loved it. The only thing I wish I knew. was the house is close to the entrance to the dunes. Friday and Saturday was a mad house. We couldnt go hang out by the beach because of the cars. But it was very entertaining to watch all the people get stuck. Lol. Nell the owner was great. I would defiantly stay here again.

Rented this unit for one month, but after viewing it we realized it was not suitable for extended stay. Following are the reasons: * Master bedroom did not have a closet for hanging clothes few drawers *second bedroom had room for a bed only also no closet *Kitchen extremely small, little counter space for food preparation, little cupboard storage space.

Upper deck is separate from the unit, we checked and it does have a great view of the ocean but was covered with dirt and sand.

Rented this house along with the adjoining Sanddollar for a weekend with a large group. While most of the social activities centered in the other house, this house had a nice living area as well. The bedrooms were clean and neat and though the house is a bit older, it has tons of personality and everything that the 6 people who stayed there could need. It is easily separated enough from the other house that it would not be a problem to rent it separately... when it got noisy in one house, the other was a great quiet retreat... However, for large groups having both houses is really nice, as you can separate a quiet area for kids while the grownups stay up late. The shared hot tub is a great perk and is located on an upper deck. It is a short walk to a good Mexican restaurant and a couple of mini-marts, but for everything else you will need a car. It is right next to the beach, so walking there is obviously not a problem. Everybody in my party loved both houses.

Beautiful walking trails around a lagoon and in the sand dunes. Bike lanes, butterfly grove, feed seagulls who know how to catch.
