About this property

In Summer, from June 23rd to August 25th, this property is rented weekly .
Otherwise, there is a 2 night minimum stay.

Seagull is a cozy, clean, bright cottage located just behind our Sand Dollar House and steps to the beach. You can enjoy the amazing views of the beach from the upper deck of this property. Go to sleep to the lulling sounds of ocean waves. Have your morning coffee on the Captain's deck, with its fabulous ocean view. Stroll out your front door, just steps to the sea. BBQ on gas grills, either on your beach patio or upper deck.

Enjoy boogie boarding, surfing, paddle boarding, wind kiting. Build a fire on the beach.

Two queen beds, one hide-a-bed. Bath and a half. Tv's in every room. Small kitchen has full size stove and refrigerator.

Laundry, high speed internet.

Air conditioning is not needed on the beachfront

Best little surf house

This property is exactly what you could imagine from a beachfront property, nothing fancy but couldn’t have a better location

Small home good location!

The home was nice, but smaller than we hoped it would be. great location on the beach. Hot tub was not working when we visited and is quite old.

Cute little beach house

My husband, 3-year-old, and dog recently stayed here over Easter and had a blast! It’s a little small, but we’re used to small, and it was perfect for us. It’s such a cute and unique little beach house. We loved being so close to the beach and there is so much to do nearby! The owner, Nell, was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back!

Seagull has a great view from upper deck. It is directly on the sandy beach, where you can build a fire. If you are looking for front-on beach view, please see Sanddollar at HomeAway listing 192476. If you are ok with a view of the ocean over Sanddollar's roof, accessed from your upper deck, choose Seagull. It sits on the same beachfront lot but behind Sanddollar.
