Newly updated 4 bedroom/2 bath home in gated community with heated swimming pool, free high speed Wi-Fi internet & cable, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, dedicated workspace & outdoor patio set.

This 1-story home features ROKU enabled smart TV’s in almost every room with a 60” TV in the living room, making it great for movie night with family and friends.

2 free parking spaces (in driveway). The HOA does not allow on-street parking or any parking for any RV's, trailers or commercial vehicles.

Pool heat is $35 per day. Needs to be purchased for entire length of stay.

GREAT getaway

The property is in a wonderful area. Very easy to get to. The property was just as advertised and it was a very nicely maintained house. It surpassed our expectations and I'd definitely recommend it. If we come back to the area, I would stay here again. 5 out of 5 stars!!

Really nice home in great neighborhood.

We had no trouble renting this house. Owner responded quickly. It is a very nice house with plenty of room. The owners were there if any problems arose and took care of the problem right away. My grandkids enjoyed the pool. It had everything we needed.

Comfortable and big

The host was fast with communication and very friendly. The home was large with lots of room to spread out and comfortable. The backyard lanai and pool were a fun addition to our stay.
