Alles in Ordnung für mich. Das offizielle Zeitfenster zur Schlüssel Übergabe zwischen 16:00 und 18:00 finde ich sehr knapp. Warum nicht per Safe (individuelle PIN oder QR Code) nachdem man Online eingecheckt hat.

Ausfall Heizung und Warmwasser

Ausfall von Warmwasser und Heizung sollte in einer Mietzeit nicht vorkommen und schon gar nicht zweimal! Vor Essenszubereitung mußten erst mal Töpfe gereinigt werden. Beim Einzug mußte erst mal ein Wasserkocher gebracht werden. Küchenausstattung mangelhaft.

bei Ankunft und vor Abreise Ausfall von Warmwasser und Heizung. Die Töpfe mußten wir vor Gebrauch erst mal spülen da sie dreckig waren. Bei Ankunft war auch kein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Leider gab es auch keinen Zweitschlüssel.Da ich gehbehindert bin sind meine Frau und ich unterschiedlich unterwegs, weshalb ein Zweitschlüssel dringend notwendig ist.
