Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.Die Ferienwohnung war super, sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet.Im Garten hab es eine schöne Oase für uns, um zu relaxen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Rundum, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Komfortable Ferienwohnung für Paare mit guter Ausstattung und moderner Einrichtung. Der kleine Gartenanteil mit Sitzecke und Liegeschaukel, der dazu gehört, läd' zum Entspannen nach einer langen Bergtour ein.Sehr nette Gastgeberin - Anreise, Schlüsselübergabe,, Gästekarten etc. sowie Checkout waren unkompliziert und gut organisiert. Einfach wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Terrasse und auch der Garten waren toll auch haben wir nichts vermisst. Blick auf die Berge was will man mehr. Unsere Vermieter waren super lieb und man konnte jederzeit auf sie zugehen wenn man was braucht oder eine Frage hatte. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Alles da, was man braucht.

Wenn man absolute Ruhe haben möchte, sollte man eine Wohnung höher in den Bergen wählen. Alles ist gut, auch ohne Auto, zu erreichen. Super Lage. Absolutes Plus ist die nette und immer hilfsbereite Vermieterin. 100% Weiterempfehlung

Wunderbare kleine Ferienwohnung - nur zu empfehlen

Wir haben 5 Nächte in einer der beiden Ferienwohnungen bei Familie Heim verbracht und uns dort sehr willkommen und wie zuhause gefühlt. Die beiden Wohnungen haben einen separaten Eingang im noch recht neuen Haus, wir hatten die obere, sie bot einfach alles, was es für einen Aufenthalt braucht, wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Alles war sehr sauber und einladend, die Ausstattung modern bis neuwertig, der Komfort von Betten und Couch angenehm, die Wohnung insgesamt überraschend geräumig. Im Keller gibt es einen Skiraum, die Liftanlagen von Mayhofen sind nur 5 Minuten (Hornbergbahn) bzw. 10 min (Penken/Ahorn) entfernt, zur Zillertal-Arena (Zell) ist man in 10 min. und in die Therme nach Fügen in etwa 20 min gefahren. Der Hintertuxer Gletscher liegt mit gut 30 min Fahrtzeit auch noch in Schlagweite. In 5 Minuten erreicht man auch Supermärkte und Tankstelle, Getränkemarkt und zwei Restaurants sind fußläufig. Das nahe Mayrhofen bietet von allem noch mehr, Bus und Bahn fahren fast vor der Haustür ab. Wer angenehmen Komfort ohne großes Wellness-Schischi mag und nicht im trubligen Winterzirkus schlafen, aber nah dran sein will, ist hier genau richtig und kriegt viel geboten für vergleichsweise wenig Geld. Im Sommer locken Balkon und/oder Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Frau Heim ist eine hilfsbereite, sehr aufmerksame und unheimlich nette Gastgeberin - ein Besuch lohnt sich also in mehrfacher Hinsicht. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder ... Danke für die schöne Zeit dort!

Small but very nice and well-appointed flat

Nicola is a charming host, very welcoming, and the flat was spotlessly clean, it had lovely views and the garden is immaculately kept. The only thing to note is if you are wanting total silence, there is some noise from the road - but with the windows shut you won't hear it. The flat is conveniently located - 15 mins to the bike hire shop, pizzeria and station and 20 mins walk to the supermarket. Mayhofen - a brilliant town with lots of shops and restaurants and 2 cable cars is 10 mins by car. We had a good time visiting different parts of the valley. I would recommend doing the bike trail and visiting the valley. One to avoid is the krimml Wasserfall. There were too many tourists.

Super FeWo mit Gartennutzung, Frühstücken und auf die herrlichen Zillertaler Berge schauen, nach dem Wandern auf den Liegen relaxen, sehr nette Gastgeberin und Gastgeber. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete kleine Ferienwohnung, perfekt für 2 Personen oder eine kleine Familie. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Zillertal. Familie Heim ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für unterschiedliche Wanderungen und Freizeitaktivitäten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartement is superschoon en keuken is volledig uitgerust, inclusief vaatwasser. Uitzicht op de bergen, prachtig. Openbaar vervoer (trein/bus) op nog geen minuut lopen. Restaurants om de hoek, of in Mayernhofen. Parkeerplaats bij appartement. Broodjesservice is mogelijk. Prachtige 14 dagen gehad!

Wohlfühlen und viel Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber

Ferienwohnung vor Ort und Beschreibung im Internet haben eine 1:1 Übereinstimmung. Die Wohnung ist hell, ideal für 2-3 Personen geeignet, sehr sauber und mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Hier wurde mit Köpfchen geplant und zum Wohle der Gäste umgesetzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, warmherzig und hilfsbereit - da heißt es nur noch ankommen und in den Urlaub eintauchen. Ja, wir empfehlen Apart Heim auf jeden Fall weiter.

Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt

Wir waren prima vorbereitet durch die Anreisebeschreibung und haben die Wohnung ohne Probleme gefunden, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, das Haus nahezu neuwertig und top gepflegt. Vergleichbar mit einer Doppelhaushälfte handelt es sich bei Mietung beiden Etagen (Typ C) um den vorderen Hausteil der Vermieter. Direkt vorgelagert und nur für einen selber ist ein ganz toller großer Garten, hier gibt es diverse Sitz- und Spielmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unsere Kinder (9J. /11J. /11J.) haben sich prima mit deren beiden (10/12J.) verstanden. Frau Heim hatte stets tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, so war mit unser schönster Ausflug zu den Wasserfällen einer von ihren Tipps. Eingeschlossen ist ebenfalls der Eintritt in ich glaub zwei Frei-/ Hallenbäder, zumindest das in Mayrhofen. Es gibt einen sehr praktischen Brötchenservice von einer umliegenden Bäckerei. Das nächste Restaurant (gute lokale Küche) ist ca. 50m entfernt. Bei Anmietung beiden Wohnungen hat man den ganzen Hausteil samt Treppenhaus für sich. Wir haben das so genutzt, dass Sina oben in der Küche ihr Schlafzimmer hatte und die beiden Jungs oben das Schlafzimmer hatten. Wir haben unten das Schlafzimmer genutzt und hatten die Küche unten dann als Wohn-, Ess-/Aufenthaltsraum. Naturgemäß da es sich um zwei zusammengelegte jeweils kleinere Wohnungen handelt ist dann bei voller Belegung der Platz in der Küche unten z.B. beim Frühstück nicht mehr üppig. Es ist mit fünf Personen Frühstück gemeinsam möglich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist für Koch-Fetischisten auch jeweils eher bezogen auf die Einzelgröße der Wohnungen. Ein Backofen ist nicht vorhanden, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler sind da und es sind jeweils zwei Kochplatten da. Nun, uns hat es nicht gestört, wir haben gerne das breitgefächerte lokale Speiseangebot der umliegender Restaurants genutzt. Insgesamt war es ein ganz toller Urlaub (leider etwas kurz) und wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Een heel mooi appartement

De advertentie klopt helemaal met wat ze schrijven. Een goed onderhouden, echt schoon, erg vriendelijke mensen en proberen de gasten het naar de zin te maken. Gezellig terras met ligweide en nieuwe schommelstoel voor de gasten. Ik beveel dit appartement zeer aan. Restaurant om de hoek en in de plaatsen 3 km van appartement waar je goed voor weinig geld kunt eten

Wonderful week

We are 7 spanish people that had a wonderful week at Apart Heim. It's so close from Mayrhofen (only 2 min. driving) and Mrs Heim made us feel like we were at home. The apartment is totally new and it's very clean. Recomended 100% Thank you very much! We hope to come back.
