Our stay was so amazing we decided to book another week! It is a beautiful property. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of room. The hosts, Cheryl and Chris are friendly, accommodating, and very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!
This was a great stay. Nicely appointed, the host was easy to reach and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was a short drive to shopping and restaurants (Sushi Thai is AMAZING).
This rental was exactly what we needed. Cute back porch, spacious living room, good kitchen. The board games that were available were a great source of entertainment for the kids. We enjoyed our stay. We will return to this rental if we are in the area again.

The house had a smell. The garage had cat food in there and the garage smelled so bad that we had to close the door back immediately. The smell like dog and it cat piss. There was food still on the side of the bed on the floor in the master bedroom and one of the throw pillows was dirty. The knob in the shower in the master bath is shaking. Back yard was very nice and comfortable. Living room is nice but furniture is dated. Cleaning crew did not do a good job cleaning this home.
We stayed here as part of our trip across the southern states with our doggie. It was clean and comfortable. We drove down to Plains, GA to see all of the Jimmy Carter things. We also visited the Air Force Museum in Warner Robbins.
The owner recommended Props Restaurant and it did not disappoint! Delicious and great variety. Service was super.
We loved this house. The owners were great at communicating with me. The house was as described and clean. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was conveniently located and we felt very safe. We appreciated them accommodating our 2 dogs (2 smaller show dogs) and we would definitely look to stay at this house again when we are back in the area. If you are looking to stay in the area and want more space than a hotel room, this is a competitively priced alternative!
We were in town for a horseshow in Perry at the Georgia National Fairgrounds. We have discovered as our children have gotten older, a VRBO serves us better than 2 hotel rooms plus we have dogs who typically travel with us.
This property was perfect for 5 adults and teens with 2 small dogs. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Outside of sleeping and showering, we did not spend much time at the house.
It was easy to come and go as needed. I only wish this house was in Perry. It was roughly a 30 minute drive to the fairgrounds. LOTS of dining and fuel options in between though. Would definitely stay here again.
This house is a discount price for a discount home. The price is right. Our stay was necessary for in the area events. We were hopeful a home would be better than a hotel. The mattresses and bedding are bottom level. I would recommend any that come bring a heavy blanket and a pillow.
The outdoor furniture is broke. Once set does not have any seats that you can sit on. I truly want to give the 5 star review as I truly love the lift up people making a business of real estate state. This once really needs some TLC.

I am so sorry to hear this Darcy! We hate that you didn't like the beds. We have had people brag about our mattresses and ask where we bought them from so that they can order the same for their house but I understand mattresses are completely subjective depending on what you like so I'm sorry you weren't happy. As far as the patio furniture I will definitely check into that. Like it says in our house manual the cushions are usually kept in the garage so they don't get wet in the rain and you can get them out at your leisure so I'm wondering if maybe you missed them? I wish you had reached out to me at any point and I would have made things right. We didn't hear anything from you and didn't get responses to our messages so thought you were enjoying your stay. We even have a sign posted on the fridge with my phone number to please reach out to me if you need anything. Again I am truly sorry you didn't enjoy your stay.
The house was basic and good for the price. The house was a decent size for our stay. Neighborhood was nice and calm. We did like the house and the backyard but there were something we didn’t like. The fridge was not very clean when I arrived. (There were ketchup marks in the fridge and the kitchen was not 100% clean.) Customer service was great and had no issues with that. There were some marks on the walls and the furniture was pretty old. Some rooms had better lighting than others, but not too bad. There was some dog hair remaining on the carpet and stains. Overall, there was some room for improvement but we did enjoy our stay and would stay again if I needed to return to the area.

Didn't Plan to Review
I wasn't intending to review until I saw that I was reviewed as a guest. We arrived somewhat late to visit my sister, left our bags and ran out. When we returned it was late at night and we had just begun to grab a late night snack when I noticed a roach. I thought maybe I was mistaken, killed the bug and took it to the garbage. My cousin and sister saw several more so I tried to get in touch with the owners. The first number advises you to call a different number, that number appears to be a real estate number that doesn't give you appropriate options either that late at night, so I sent a message. My sister and cousin were taking pictures and video while throwing things back in the truck to leave. Thankfully, the owner did contact me back quickly despite the late time. However, they didn't seem to believe me at first until I sent pictures. They said they would come out and fumigate. They wanted me to cancel the reservations so they would not lose the whole weekend. Due to the time however, I could not cancel and I was told they had to and it was a huge back and forth. I could not get my money back which was incredibly frustrating. Here we are middle of the night trying to find another hotel and nothing is available, I can't get my money back or cancel the reservation and we had already driven all day to get there. We were exhausted. Long story made shorter, when I returned home the owner gave me a partial refund as they said that was all they could do. So I finally got VRBO involved and they contacted the owner to instruct, I got some more of my money back but not the full refund still. The property appeared nice and clean, despite the neighborhood appearing a little sketchy and according to my sister not the best area. But the roaches were a dead set done for me and my family, I was not taking that back home with me. Due to all of the frustration, I just decided to be done with trying to get the full refund, but I am surprised to see that I was reviewed as a guest. We made sure to clean what little trash we brought in and had not made any mess since we hadn't unpacked or done anything yet and even started the dishwasher for the couple of items we are started to use for snacks we started before seeing the bugs.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The host was great and responded when needed. The house was very clean and it felt like home. Also, It was really cozy. The neighbor was nice too. I would definitely recommend to others. It was really nice!
The rooms were bigger than what I was expecting. Lots of space and perfect for a family or two families that want to bring their dog along. Easy to find and having a garage to park in was an added bonus that you normally don't get.
