About this property

Beautiful, quietly situated vacation home with three apartments and pool

Our vacation house, built in 2000, is located in the settlement of Kukci, a quiet suburb of Porec, and has a total for 3 fully equipped apartments with bedroom, kitchen, shower / WC and terrace (you do not need bed linen or towels). Apartment 1 has a beautiful covered terrace with pool and sea view and is about 40 square meters . It can accommodate three people, some of our regular guests also travel with two children who can sleep on the 140x200 cm sofa bed. Basically, however, the apartment is perfect for 2 adults with a maximum of one child. A TV with satellite reception is available. Parking is available on the property within the complex. The large garden with pool and our barbecue area invite you to enjoy your vacation.
In the immediate vicinity there is a small supermarket with a bakery and a bar, which can be reached in a few minutes walk.
Highly recommended is the restaurant "Marina", which is also located in the village within walking distance.
Besides Porec has numerous quiet or lively beaches, all can be reached in a few minutes by car or bicycle, so that both older people and families with children as well as younger people get their money's worth. Furthermore, you can choose from a very wide cultural, culinary and sporting offer, so nothing stands in the way of a versatile vacation that leaves nothing to be desired. Thanks to Porec's very good transport connections, you can also explore all the inviting historic towns and the beautiful, green hilly to mountainous hinterland of Istria, which is also known as the Tuscany of Croatia due to the similarity of the landscape.
Especially in the off-season, Istria has become a popular destination for bicycle tourists due to its well-developed network of paths.
We, Andreas and Martina Muha with our three children, living in Starnberg, would be very happy to welcome you as guests in our house and are of course available for any questions and suggestions.

Erholung und Spaß an einem Ort.

Wir wurden wie Familie empfangen. Es war toll, sich bei gutem Kaffee, mit Opa Muha über die Geschichte zu unterhalten. Auch mit Rat und Tat standen die Vermieter stets zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück ist toll und man hat ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnungen sind gut und zweckdienlich eingerichtet, werden nun sogar komplett neu renoviert. Die Kinder der Familie sind sehr gut erzogen und nahmen so manches mal mehr Rücksicht auf uns, als mir lieb war - sie sind nämlich tolle Gegner im Arschbomben Wettbewerb. 😊 Der Grillbereich ist ebenfalls klasse und hat uns so manchen Abend kulinarisch bereichert. Nachdem Oma Muha mir den besten Metzger am Ort empfohlen hatte, stand der Gewichtszunahme nichts mehr im Weg. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals für alles und wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung.

Super schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr tolle Terrasse und sehr schöner Ausblick. Grundstück sauber und gepflegt und schön angelegt. Lage sehr gut. Nur zu empfehlen .

Eine super FeWo wo nicht im geringsten etwas zum Aussetzen gab.

Die FeWo liegt zentral, unweit von Porec. Die Räume sind liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten ist von dem überdachten ,großzügig angelegten und geräumigen Überstand ,bei der Wohnung im 1. Stock , schön anzuschauen. Der Pool liegt inmitten der der gepflegten Anlage. Einige Strände findet man in der Nähe.

Spontane Urlaubsreise - schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns kurzfristig für einen spontanen Urlaubstrip nach Kroatien entschieden. Die kurzfristige Buchung verlief reibungslos und ohne Komplikationen. Etwas abseits des Zentrums in einem Vorort aber mit dem Fahrzeug unweit aller erforderlichen Geschäfte, Lokalitäten wie Restaurants und Strände liegt die vollständig ausgestattete Wohnung. Im Ort selbst gibt es ein gutes Restaurant und einen kleinen Mini-Supermarkt auch mit Brotwaren Das zusätzliche Schlafsofa ist in der eher klein gehaltenen Küche untergebracht, was etwas die Arbeitsfläche dort einschränkt. Damit kann man sich aber im Urlaub gut arrangieren. Der Pool hat grade in den Abendstunden nochmal für heitere Abkühlung und Spaß für die kleinsten gesorgt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. :)

Sehr freundliche Familie

Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas außerhalb von Porec, aber das Dorf Kukci besitzt einen kleinen Einkaufsladen für Notwendigkeiten und ein Restaurant das sehr empfehlenswert ist. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist sehr ruhig mit nur drei Appartements. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küche und Bad. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm und man verweilt sehr gerne auf den Liegen in der Sonne. Man kann diese Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen!!

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und erfüllen auch extra Wünsche. Der Balkon im OG ist wunderbar. Die Wohnung o.k. und sauber. Zu Fuß zu erreichen ist ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant und ein kleiner Laden mit Bar. Ansonsten braucht man ein Auto. Vorteil: Den Riesentrubel in Porec hat man nur, solange man ihn will. Sehr zu empfehlen für Leute, die es gerne auch mal ruhiger haben wollen.

Appartement mit großer überdachter Terrasse

Das Appartement ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, der Zustand war sehr sauber. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Pluspunkt ist die große überdachte Terrasse. Leider ist der Stadtteil Kufci zwar an sich sehr ruhig, es sind jedoch in unmittelbarer Umgebung (ca. 300 m) neue Umgehungsstraßen entstanden. Damit ist zumindest auf der Terrasse, je nach Windrichtung, mehr oder weniger Verkehrslärm hörbar. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden !

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben das Appartement (1) für 11 Tage im Juni 2009 bewohnt und können dieses wunderschöne Feriendomizil zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Sehr schöne Terasse mit unverbautem Blick. Die Angaben vom Vermieter bez. Lage, Aussattung etc. sind absolut zutreffend. Vom Appartement aus sind ein kleiner Supermarkt u. ein Restaurant in 5-10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. In Porec (ca.2,5 km) gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Banken u. Wechselstuben. Geschäfte in Porec sind auch Sonntags (bis 14 Uhr) geöffnet. Am Abend sind auf der Terasse Moskito Coils ratsam (bekommt man im Supermarkt). Nächster schöner öffentlicher Strand ist bei Laguna Materada in Porec Spadici. Die Orte Rovinj und Vrsar sind in jedem Fall einen Ausflug wert.
