Welcome to the beautiful and well maintained 90 m² ground floor apartment (8010 Königsberger Allee 40 Whg. 1!) with two bedrooms, 2xTV, terrace, shower room, separate toilet, W-LAN etc. for up to 4 people. This apartment is located only about 2 minutes walk from the beach (Grömitz) away.
Just explore the coast on foot or by rental bike. Unwind - the Baltic Sea beach has a beneficial effect in every season.

You can expect a ground floor apartment with about 90 m² spread over 3 rooms for max. 4 persons (incl. Small child).

Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x200 cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers and shutters. a shower room with floor-deep shower, a separate toilet. W-LAN, a parking space in front of the house

Parking & Bicycles & Washing Machine
The apartment is of course a parking space directly at the house. The bikes can be parked outside in front of the house. A washer and dryer are available to guests in the house.

Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee.

Our cozy apartments are located in the immediate vicinity to various shops and restaurants. In the nearby spa park there are outdoor sports equipment and a large playground where children can play extensively. In the summer, events regularly take place in the spa gardens, so that no boredom arises. An auto repair shop, laundromat and doctors are also nearby.
Grömitz impresses with its variety of sports and leisure opportunities, all of which are located near the beach. An all-round carefree holiday is nothing in the way.

Große, schöne Wohnung. Betten waren gut. Großes Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Toilette separat, leider ohne Belüftung oder Abzug. WLAN ist sehr schlecht. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man leider auf dem Presentierteller, da die Sichtschutzbepflanzung noch nicht hoch genug ist. Leider gibt es nur ein stumpfes Schälmesser. Wenn man wirklich kochen will, sollte man sein eigenes mitbringen. Leider gibt es auch keine Gardinen oder Raffrollos vor den Fenstern, sodass jeder von außen reingucken kann und man will ja nicht ständig die elektrischen Rolladen runter haben. Es gibt überall Handtuchharken, aber die Handtücher haben keine Aufhänger. Der Klopapierhalter ist wackelig und fällt bald auseinander. Sehr hellhörig. Der Parkplatz für die obere Wohnung ist sehr schlecht angeordnet, da der Gehweg teilweise darüber führt. Der Essbereich ist schön und auch die Couch ist schön groß.

Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein! Es wäre auch toll, wenn es Haken für Handtücher im Bad und Küche geben würde. Mehr Teller, Tassen und Besteck wären Super, dann müsste die Spülmaschine nicht so oft laufen. Ein Fenster oder eine Entlüftung im separaten WC wäre auch Super gewesen :-) Hoher Wasserverbrauch, da dieses im WC und im Bad sehr lange brauchte um warm zu werden.
