The location was fantastic. Many restaurants were within walking distance. The place was very well furnished even including beach chairs, and the beach was only a short walk away.

Perfect Location and Stay in South Haven

The property is perfectly nestled between downtown and the beach. Short walk to everything!! The property was clean, cozy, spacious and had everything we needed! Thank you for a great family vacation!

Beautiful Spot

We all enjoyed the beautiful condo and the location was excellent! We walked into town and watched the boats on the river. Can’t wait to go back!

The location was great! However our unit was in the bottom floor and every morning, as early as 6:00am, it sounded as if there was a relay race going on upstairs. Very loud mornings. Hard to sleep and relax.

Our recent stay

This condo is in a perfect location. The place was just as advertised, and my family and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very big (almost too big for a family of 4), but was very happy because we all had a lot of space. Will definitely book Colonial Condos again.

South Haven Fun

The location of the property is top notch. We could easily walk to North Beach and take a stroll on both piers. It’s so nice to be so close to downtown and never get in your car again if you don’t want to! The condo was a lovely size for all 6 of us. The balcony to watch the bridge and boats is a great perk. It’s an old building so has the old charm.

Spacious, beautiful master, ground level unit, with a great deck.

Our stay was for the most part wonderful, 2nd bathroom was great. Very spacious unit and love the kitchen, appliances are older but all work well. Master bath needs a mat in the tub to take a shower it becomes very slippery when wet. The 1st shower off the foyer is leaking quite bad on the left and the wood trim.

I would definitely stay again! This place was absolutely lovely. Within walking distance of everything including the beach! Front bathroom shower was a bit uneven (per my husband and son’s report). I previously read in the reviews that the shower was leaking. We didn’t notice a leak but my husband said that the water collected towards the door and that may have caused some damage below. For the future renter… I was under the assumption that parking was directly at the location. It is not. I must have missed it in the details. Parking is across the street and up one block but not far at all. Upon arrival, our parking passes were missing so we left a note in the dash and walked to the renter office in town. They delivered a pass to us within 30 minutes. The rest of our trip was absolutely lovely. This condo is clean, and has absolutely everything you may need. The beach chairs, wagon, and an umbrella were the perfect addition. I will definitely plan a trip again.
