We get enough snow in winter to play but not too much to shut down roads.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
There's a laundry chute in upstairs bathroom. If you can put upstairs used towels and sheets down the chute, it is appreciated, but not required.
If you use BBQ please wipe down and replace cover.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Garbage and recycling must fit in bins. Any extra garbage should be disposed of by renter.
There is a sloped area behind the house that is off limits for guests unless prior approval. Area is marked with signage.
My house does not have access to Twain Harte lake but is 20-30 minutes from Pinecrest lake.

We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our family to spend a long weekend. Wish we had the time to stay longer. The home is absolutely beautiful and had everything that we needed. Mornings were spent drinking coffee (provided) out on the deck counting deer as thew strolled by. We will definitely be going back.

Cheryl was a very responsive and accommodating host. We arrived after a big winter storm and she met us at the house to show us how to use the generator and she had shoveled the driveway and walkway in preparation for our arrival. The house worked very well for our four families to stay all together.

We had a really wonderful stay here! The home was beautiful, the property was beautiful and it fit my extended family of 13 very comfortably! (9 adults, 4 kids). We had a wonderful stay in this large fully equipped home in Twain Harte. The bedrooms are so comfortable! The home has everything you need and is conveniently located to Twain Harte businesses, lakes and skiing. The views are spectacular and we can’t wait to stay again!
