Relaxing Austin Stay | Charming House on 5 Quiet Acres

Austin Farm House is a charming property in the Hill Country and just 10 minutes to downtown Austin. This lovely property sits on nearly five acres in a serene setting with deer that frequent the area and farm animals as your neighbors. With quick access to Hwy 290, this home is close to local eateries, wineries, breweries, wedding venues and much more.

The home offers 1,372 square feet, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate four guests.

From the lovely half-circle driveway or carport, you will enter the home through the front door, stepping right into the great room with the living room and kitchen — all accented by polished cement floors.

Living Room: The living room offers contemporary furnishings including a Nutuzzi leather sectional sofa (reclines on one side), a recliner chair and a 65” Smart TV.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen delivers all the appliances you'll need for creating delicious meals and the convenient kitchen bar offers seating for three.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom —King size bed, blackout curtains, the private bathroom has a tile/glass shower and access to outdoor area.

Bedrooms 2 — King bed, blackout curtains, 55” Smart TV, and a desk.

The shared full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.

Outdoor/Patio Areas:
Enjoy the covered back patio offering cushioned sofas and chairs. You'll be able to grill your favorites on the Camp Chef flat top grill. There's a Smart TV where you can enjoy your favorite programs while enjoying the fresh air.

The house was perfect for our two adult couples. The rooms were large, gathering room perfectly sized, and the back patio was amazing! The weather was great and we enjoyed watching the deer out back.

Lovely place to stay

The place is clean, comfortable, well decorated, and had everything that we needed. The scenery and wildlife were incredible. Very homey feel. Easy access to restaurants and shopping.

Texas Guest House Perfection!

Absolutely awesome stay at the property. The house was extremely clean, modern and well equipped. The back patio was so inviting and peaceful. Our best rental experience ever…we definitely will be back!!!

What a wonderful place!

We could not have asked for a better place to kick back and relax! The outdoor seating and view was terrific! Great place to sit and read a book! The very large TV in the living room was absolutely perfect as well. Nice appointments in the house and very clean! Highly recommend!

Great Place

The house was great. Clean, neat, and great location just outside Austin. The back porch was great to wake up to and enjoy our morning coffee. We also used the blackstone grill each morning to cook breakfast.

we'd stay here again. super cool little farmhouse. looks like it's pretty new. loved seeing the chickens and the goats while we had our coffee on the porch. would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean and quiet

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed to have dinner and socialize with our family. The back porch was very relaxing. The kids loved seeing the animals. I would definitely book again!

Love the back porch

This property is just as pictured, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The concierge hosts were super responsive and had great suggestions for local restaurants and activities. The back porch was a true highlight. Weather-permitting, this was a perfect spot to settle in with a book or just sit and enjoy the scenery. Would stay here again.

Luxurious Peaceful Retreat

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home - very relaxing. Was a little hard to find and highway you exit/ enter from is extremely busy without a traffic light. I would say the home is on the outskirts of Dripping Springs. Had to drive several miles to get to most destinations there. Not a deal breaker but despite its rural location you are subject to crazy traffic on aforementioned highway. Back porch is the highlight but front porch is also inviting. Appreciated the carport and easy entrance to the home. Being handicapped it was quite accessible, but be aware the mattresses are high and there are no grab bars in the walk-in shower. Early check in and late check out were offered at $50.00 / hr. Questions and concerns were promptly and courteously addressed. Of interest, there is no table in the home - only the bar with 3 stools. However, there is a table on the back porch. Exercise bike shown in pictures was not there.
