This clean apartment is jn a perfectl location

Ideally located close to the main train station and next to a grocery store, yet quiet. Unfortunately, looking at the pictures we mistakenly thought that there was a balcony, but it's on an apartment across an open courtyard. The only negative is the lack of a rubber bath mat in the tub/shower and one of us slipped and fell while showering. Fortunately the injury was minor, but it could have been much worse. We strongly recomnend that a rubber bath mat be provided by the owner.

Perfect location

Could not get inside the building when we arrived even though we had indicated arrival time and were on time. Finally someone left the building and let us in. Lock instructions worked well for the other doors. Apartment is perfectly located and very clean. However, we had numerous issues getting into the building. We picked up the keys and dropped off our bags. Then left to get dinner. Returning to the apartment at 11:00 p.m. the building key would not work because of broken lock. We thought we might have to go to a hotel. We finally got in touch with Werner via text who agreed to leave automatic door opener turned on. He later found the lock to be broken and said he’d leave the opener on. Everything was fine until we went to leave for our flight. One bag was still in the apartment, cab was waiting, and we had a plane to catch. We texted Werner several times and also sent urgent messages via VRBO begging for his help. We never did receive a reply. I thought we’d miss our plane. But the Uber driver kept pushing buttons until someone woke up and let us inside. We had a full day of travel via plane and train to France. So we were frantic. We would’ve given a better review had we received the help we needed. And, we would’ve rented the apartment again if we hadn’t had a problem with building access. It happened at the absolute worst times. Renting this apartment you will never see the manager or be able to reach anyone by phone if you encounter issues.

Dear Joni, I would like to sincerely apologize for the problems you have had. Unfortunately, someone had broken a key in the front door lock and part of the key was still in the lock. You were the first to let me know. As I wasn't expecting any guests that night, I turned off the automatic door opener at 8pm. When I received your message at 11 p.m., I activated the automatic door opener immediately and you were able to enter the house without any problems. The door opener was on from 8 o'clock in the morning until 4 o'clock at night. Unfortunately, when you left at 7.30 a.m., you had forgotten a bag in the apartment and had to go back inside. After I received your text message, I immediately activated the door opener and you were able to enter the house again. The lock was of course repaired immediately by the property management and there are no problems at check-in. I am very, very sorry that you had these problems and I would like to apologize again. I am glad that you still liked the apartment very much and thank you for your visit to Munich and our apartment.
