Located only on a 15 minute walk from the vaste North Sea beach, close to the lighthouse of Nieuw-Haamstede, you’ll find the detached family home Populierenlaan 5. As the house borders to a nature reserve, you can enjoy quiescence here, just as you can easily leave for a trip to the neighbouring Burgh-Haamstede.

The atmospheric family home has a spacious living with a cosy seating corner, an adjacent dining area and a large, modern kitchen that is well-equipped. From the living, you can directly enter the broad terrace. Furthermore, the ground floor is provided with a bedroom with a sink, a storage and a toilet. On the first floor, you’ll find three more spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms of which one has a shower and the other has a shower, tub and toilet.

The house has a royal garden that you can look over from the living room. Here, your children can enjoy and freely play around. You can park your car on the two spots behind the fence that encloses the house.
