Very convenient, private beach access was amazing. Barely had to drive during the stay due to plethora of shops, restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again.

The check-in process was very easy and when I had a question it was super easy to get it n touch. The location can’t be beat! Everything was clean and the kitchen was nicely setup. I would definitely stay again.

Had a cleaning snag at check in, but the owner very quickly rectified it. Location was amazing and all accommodations were comfortable. We had everything we needed to enjoy both our stay and the beach!

We had the best time. The host was very well prepared. Everything we needed to know was already answered in the ebook provided. The host also responded to questions immediately & was very helpful. The condo was very clean & stocked with anything you might need for your stay. The location was great. The description that you are steps away from the beach was truly legit. You are also in walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, & minute markets. I would definitely stay here again

Property was beautiful and was just steps away from private beach access. The condo was just as described and was is amazing condition and everything that we needed and more. Greg was in communication with us leading up to our stay and during. The area was very walkable and less crowed then some of the other breaches. Was just a quick drive to Sea Side and Destin to get that more tourist environment.

Clean and well supplied with beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, towels. Easy parking, easy beach access. Walkable food, coffee, and shops within the complex. Host and check in were great!

The property was just as described. The walk to the beach is short and manageable. The condo is well stocked with anything you would need. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There is one broken beach chair but the others seem to work fine. Overall great location with lots of restaurants and shops on site or nearby.

Great place for 2-4 people close to a GORGEOUS beach. Absolutely stunning clear blue water and super soft sand. Great area with lots in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Convenient location. Cute & comfortable condo for a small family or a couple. Very nicely stocked with extras. Pool wasn't overly crowded and the beach was just across the road and the Gulf was gorgeous. Very nice vacation choice for my husband, son & I during our 4 day, 3 night trip.

Everything was awesome, you can’t see the beach well from the place , yet it’s a hop skip and jump away, and well worth it as the white sand and the ocean is majestic ! The place was just right for our stay with most all our needs were walkable. Extra thank you for the boogie boards and chairs !
