Cozy 2.5 room apartment with stunning Atlantic Ocean views in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the tourist town of Puerto de la Cruz. Patio with access to the garden, heated pool.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds, further separated from the spacious living room sleeping area with 2 single beds, dining area, 1 bathroom, American kitchen. Modern and comfortable furnishings.

Numerous recreational opportunities: tennis, padel, surfing, beach, hiking, etc.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area yet only 5 minutes from the tourist center of Puerto de la Cruz. Good shopping within walking distance. Very good restaurants with national and international cuisine. The world-famous amusement park: Loroparque and the garden beach Playa Jardin are within walking distance. Puerto de la Cruz is the pearl of the green north of Tenerife and offers great opportunities.

Public transport within walking distance to the apartment, but also rental cars at absolutely affordable prices.

Quiet and well-equipped stay

I stayed at this beautiful location for two weeks. The outdoor space is spacious, and the ocean view is stunning. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities. During my stay, there was an issue with the power supply, but it was handled efficiently, and a temporary alternative stay was offered. Gabriela is a kind and attentive host who makes an effort to ensure her guests have a pleasant stay.Overall, a great place for those looking for a quiet location on Tenerife.

Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Blick über den Atlantik ist wunderschön und auch abends ist es sehr schön im Garten zu sitzen. Sowohl auf der Terrasse, als auch im Wohnzimmer gibt es großzügige Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Apartment liegt auf dem Gelände eines Tennisclubs und die große Eingangstreppe mündet vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster. Über den Tag herrscht reger Sportbetrieb, einmal hat auch ein Kindergeburtstag vor Ort stattgefunden. Ruhig haben wir unseren Aufenthalt daher nicht empfunden, obwohl die Wohngegend grundsätzlich etwas abgelegen und idyllisch liegt. Es gibt eine eigene Terrasse, die durch drei Sträucher etwas Privatsphäre verspricht. Es verläuft allerdings ein viel verwendeter Pfad direkt davor entlang und mit neugierigen Blicke muss daher gerechnet werden. Die Vermieter kommunizieren unkompliziert und es gab einen Wein zur Begrüßung, was uns gefreut hat. Checkout lief wiederum etwas chaotisch ab, nachdem die Uhrzeit spontan zwei Mal nach vorne angepasst wurde. Fazit: Generell nette Lage, wer Tennis oder Paddel spielen mag oder Kontakte bzw. Gesellschaft sucht ist direkt an der Quelle. Für Menschen mit Bedürfnis nach Ruhe und Privatsphäre leider nicht zu empfehlen.

El trato con la propietaria ha sido muy bueno. Pensábamos que el alojamiento estaba dentro de un complejo turístico, pero no es así, es un apartamento situado dentro de un club de tenis. Estaba limpio, pero echamos en falta un horno o microondas en la cocina.Por lo demás muy bien.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Nach sonnigen Tagen am Strand oder in Puerto de la Cruz war es schön, sich (fast) wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Vor allem den Ausblick werden wir nie vergessen. Die sehr sympathischen Gastgeber haben uns einen entspannenden Aufenthalt sichergestellt. Herzlichen Dank! Übrigens: für Tennisspieler perfekt, da sich direkt Plätze anschließen.

Entspannte Zeit zu Dritt

Wir hatten eine super entspannte und nette Zeit. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns unter anderem tolle Tipps für Fischrestaurants in der Gegend gegeben. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Sportclub, mit einem abgetrennten Gartenbereich mit direktem Zugang zum Pool. Will man ein kühles Getränk genießen, so gibt es dort auch eine kleine Bar.

Det stämde inte överens med hemsidan. Det var inte värt pengarna. Det var alldeles för dyrt med dän standarden. Ex. Bastun fungerade inte, det luktdade avlopp hela tiden i lägenheten långt till restauranger och affärer. Perdonalen var trevlig
