Experience beautiful days in the newly renovated and exclusively furnished holiday home "Kleine Auszeit". The house is located in a quiet residential area with a short walk to the city and restaurants (7 min walk). In the forest for hiking or mountain biking, it is right outside the front door. A 10-minute walk takes you to the forest with links to the Harz Hiking Network.
Your "little break" awaits you on an area of approximately 130 square meters with up to 3 bedrooms with double bed 180x200, all equipped with flat screen TV, furniture safe and USB port for charging your mobile devices (on the bed). The children's bedroom has a bunk bed 90x200. Towels and bed linen are provided. The spacious living room with flat screen TV, Internet radio (Bluetooth connection mgl.) And dining area for 8 people offers enough space for cozy games or TV nights. The fully equipped modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Next to the house two shower rooms with walk-in shower 120x80 and toilet, a separate toilet on the ground floor, washing machine and dryer and the possibility of sharing a garage for bicycles, motorcycles, skis, sled or similar .. The "little break" has 2 balconies and a paved courtyard with patio. The house is a Non smoking house. Animals are not allowed.

The south-facing courtyard is a closed unit and can be reached via the house or the garage. The yard is complete. paved. The covered patio has enough space and seating for up to 10 people and invites you to barbecue. A barbecue is available.
Enjoy wonderful sunny days, balmy summer evenings and romantic winter days in a quiet, idyllic atmosphere.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Super Ferienhaus

Der Urlaub war, auch Dank des Ferienhauses min. 5 Sterne wert ! Die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich begrüßt, das Haus war toll, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Alles top ! Die Betten waren total bequem. Wir haben nur nicht bedacht, dass die beiden Teenies (15 & 17) nicht mehr wirklich in das Etagenbett passen. Aber das war unser Fehler / Problem. Den in der Anzeige genannten Whirlpool haben wir nicht gesehen, aber bei immer über 20 Grad auch nicht vermisst. Zusammengefasst: Es war ein schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in einem sehr empfehlenswerten Haus. Die Lage ist toll und die Vermieterin hat viele gute Vorschläge was man machen oder sehen kann. Jederzeit gerne wieder, im Winter bestimmt auch toll

Tolles Ferienhaus

So eine tolle Unterkunft, mit viel Liebe zu Details, haben wir hier vorgefunden. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer perfekt. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Man kann dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Auch ein dickes Lob für die Gastgeberqualitäten.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung hat alles gehalten, was die Anzeige versprochen hat und teilweise noch übertroffen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt eingerichtet und insbesondere die technische Ausstattung machen einem den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich hat sofort alle Fragen beantwortet und uns sehr gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Entspannung im Harz

Sehr schön gelegene und gemütliche FeWo. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an Wohl und aufgehoben gefunden. Die Entspannung, sowie das baumeln lassen der Seele trat direkt ein. Toller Osterurlaub!

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus! Das Haus war sehr sauber, großzügig und modern. Es war alles vorhanden, vor allem in der Küche gab es eine super umfangreiche Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und immer informativ. Wir haben viele Tipps für unsere Zeit im Harz bekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

ruhiger und erlebnisreicher Jahreswechsel

Wir haben den Jahreswechsel 2022/23 im der "kleinen Auszeit" verbracht. Das Ferienhaus von Familie Herdam hat unsere Erwartungen vollstens erfüllt. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral genug um zu Fuß nahezu alle für Familien interessanten Aktivitäten im Ort zu erreichen. So standen unsere Autos für vier Tage einfach mal still, was wirklich schön war. Und so wurde uns von Märchenwald über Spielplatz, Eislaufbahn, NatUrzeitmuseum und Kletterpark auch bei Regenwetter absolut nie langweilig. Das Ferienhaus bietet eine liebevolle, rundum gemütliche Atmosphäre und dennoch auch Mal eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit, wenn man sich mal eine kleine Pause von der großen Reisegruppe wünscht. Im Ferienhaus merkt man die jahrelange eigene Erfahrung als Gast in Ferienhäusern. Wir sind ebenfalls durchaus erprobt und können mit besten Gewissen feststellen: hier fehlt es an absolut nichts! Und genau dieses Nichts, macht einen Urlaub im Ferienhaus letztendlich perfekt! Wir bedanken uns sehr, für den immer freundlichen und unkomplizierten Austausch, die guten Tipps und nicht zuletzt die Flasche Sekt am Silvesterabend. Wir acht von 3 bis 35 freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Mit Liebe zum Detail

In diesem Ferienhaus im Harz ist man gern zu Gast und fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl. Gemütlich, super eingerichtet und für acht Personen nicht zu klein und nicht zu groß. Und Familie Herdam hat ihr bestes in Sachen Ausstattung und Inneneinrichtung gegeben. Von der kleinen Deko-Idee bis zur vollständigen Küchenausstattung - es hat an nichts gefehlt - noch nicht einmal an schönem Wetter!

Wochenende im Harz

Kleine Auszeit

Wir haben über den Jahreswechsel das Ferienhaus mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind bewohnt. Es ist sehr viel Platz, jede Familie hat einen eigenen Raum für sich. Die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet, es gibt Waschmaschine, Trockner , Bügeleisen usw. Wir waren sehr erfreut über diese super Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber nur ca.5-10 Minuten fussläufig bis zur Stadt. Alles in allem können wir es sehr empfehlen . Vielen Dank sagt Familie Krause
