Die moderne Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit gemütlichem Doppelbett mit getrennten Matratzen und geräumigen Schrank, ein Wohnzimmer mit Led-TV und bequemer ausklappbarer Lounge-Couch und eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Essplatz, Spülmaschine, Backofen und Toaster, sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und WC. Das Weitern sind in eine Terrasse mit Sitzgarnitur, ein Balkon mit schöner Aussicht und kostenfreies WLAN vorhanden. Das Haus verfügt außerdem über einen Aufzug. Ruhige Ferienwohnung

In Regensburg und Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Super sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort und der Parkplatz an der Wohnung. Allerdings ist die beschriebene tolle Aussicht und die schöne Terrasse bzw. Balkon ziemlich übertrieben. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, da die nächsten besseren Restaurants erst in der City zu finden sind, ca.2,5 km entfernt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung nicht allzuweit von Zentrum der Altstadt entfernt. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs in unmittelbare Nähe. Allerdings haben wir die tolle Aussicht (wie beschrieben) in der Erdgeschosswohnung vermisst.
